They have some cute stuff but not everyone likes crop tops for different reasons, and it seems thats mainly all they had. Also, only one chick was working the registers while the other chick scrolled on social media, even when the line got long.

Xi has some of the best deals on the market. The wardrobe is both fashionable and hip. This location has everything you require.

Employees are not so welcoming, talking amongs each other in Spanish thinking customers dont understand what they are saying. Also some of them have a starring problem because I could feel someone starring and everytime I would turn the same employee kept looking at me.

4 stars is a bit generous but 3 just seemed mean. Hand wash clothes and line dry and youll be happy. Tons of trendy fun colorful clothes and even some artsy edgy costume like stuff. If youre strapped for cash yet need some retail therapy, go but eat first cuz theres a ton to look at! But do not expect good service or high quality! XI needs to respond to their reviews and get a dang website people can make purchases on. I mean, what year is it anyways? 1985? I dont think so.

There are no dressing rooms available. You buy the clothes, go home and try them on. What doesnt fit, you can return for a store credit. I dont like that at all. Half of the items that I purchased do not fit well/I dont like so I have to drive all the way back there to exchange. Would if I didnt like anything else? Not good.

Like all other reviews, staff was rude and very unfriendly. Clothes are cheap, but weird. I bought what I thought was a shirt, but apparently its a dress??? Well its a shirt now....

I called them to ask a simple questions About whether we can try on clothes during COVID-19 and the employee said no. Well then asked do you have a modification to your return policy and she said no. Then I asked how is that convenient to customers, the employee said exactly “well then you shouldn’t shop here” this is the worst customer service call ever I had. Never coming back!!! You lost a loyal customer XI Clothing!!!! Worst Service ever!!!

Super cheap clothing, with a nice color selection. Nice for trying out seasonal styles.BUT the staff is absolutely awful. I suppose getting paid minimum to peddle cheaply made clothing to teens doesnt give much incentive to behave appropriately as an employee. But I was offered no assistance, and when I asked a question about an item the salesperson rolled her eyes. What? Im sorry its an inconvenience to do your job but....Anyway, shop here if you want cheap clothes and poor customer service.

Love the store have great clothes fir a good price, I think you guys should bring one of these store to Milwaukee Wisconsin because when l living in Arizona I would stay shopping here just saying who wouldnt you guys have good deals on the clothes and they actually last when you wash them. So if you ever visit the malls in Arizona you should visit the store and check out the deals they have....

Good for throw away clothes wear it once and pitch it... Wont hold up after one wash..... Not pricey and great selection of trendy non name brand clothes rude sales girls act as if you are a bother being in the store... Not helpful AT ALL

Bad experience with one of the workers there. I had to ask somebody for help in shoes after waiting 10 minutes for someone to attend me. Once they sent someone, she literally gave me attitude after asking for 3 shoes (which I was totally going to buy). When she came back she brought wrong sizes to me, and when my mother asked for two shoes for herself she said “more shoes really”. I couldn’t believe her. I myself had to go up to the register again and ask for someone else for help in shoes because the one the sent her name is Ceci or something couldn’t help me and didn’t want to help me clearly because she was giving me attitude and bringing me the wrong sizes.
