I have used CPEC for over 2 years now and have been very pleased with the quality and professionalism of their service. Parts, scheduling, and techs are knowledgeable and always helpful. Yesterday, however, was exceptional. While knee deep in a disassembled machine, I saw Tony stop and return items that had fallen out of a basket. Later he assisted a customer with starting different machines, and directed yet another to stop an overload. He kept his work clean and finished in about an hour. How could I ask for more? Thank you, Tony, for going above and beyond!

DO NOT waste your valuable time and money at this business. Terrible customer service. Youre more than welcome to leave a message but never expect to receive a call back.They will claim to call you when your machine has been repaired. Despite your many inquiry calls about your machine, the next communication you receive from them will be 3 months later in the form of a bill.The place is a joke. I find it aggravating that I have to score them one star just to leave a review.
