Ill be honest, writing this review is bitter sweet for me. Because the fact of the matter is, the place is outstanding and they deserve to to be recognized, but on a personal selfish level, I would prefer to keep it a hidden gem, secret spot for my son and I.This is the greatest little shop for collectors. Not many collectable retailers are very accommodating to my son shopping with me, its usually a more uptight, stuffy, look with your eyes and not your hands type environment. My son is 5 and very spirited and excited to search for things to add to his ever growing collection, and the guys in this shop welcome him equally, its become his favorite place to go. They even have a little box of not so mint condition items for the littles to dig through, and offer my son a free one from the box when we are checking out, he loves that so much, always the first thing he tells his mom about when we get home. Weve come to avoid other places because its so hard for a 5 year old to contain his excitement when looking at his favorite things.The guys that run the shop are always willing to help us, from answering any questions we have, to helping us locate a specific item, even if its not in the shop that day, they find it eventually and will have it next time we come through. I have never been made to feel like we were bothering them or they were annoyed with us in any way, and thats something we have experienced too many times from other hobby shops.They are very professional, but casual at the same time, its just a very comfortable environment. Its a small little shop, but we could honestly be there for hours looking at everything, and they never make us feel rushed. The customer service is impeccable. It feels as though we are just hanging out and talking shop with some old friends. We are happy to have found this place and made it part of our regular hunt.

THIS!... This is the best store for hot wheels, I am from Flagstaff and every time I come down I will stop by. Amazing staff, stimulating conversation, and cleanliness. If you are into hot wheels and collectibles this is an amazing place for you. 10/10 Perfect experience.

All of our children love going here(ages 2-13). They have so many neat cars no matter what your price range is. The people working are kind, interactive, great people. We just went again today and theyre already talking about when they can go back. Thank you for having such an amazing little business in our community.

Didn’t really talk as much because of how shocked I was from all the hotwheels in the store! I was amazed I thought I walked into heaven!!! This will now be my go to let alone the variety of hotwheels, matchbox and 80s to now model cars and sets. The guys behind the counter were so sweet! it was my first time coming if it isn’t obvious enough lol i was there looking around for like 2 hours at everything. Highly recommend this place for hotwheels i finally found an R32 Ive been looking for and A 1997 matchbox F40! left so happy! I will make sure to let a few friends know this wonderful place.

My son LOVES this shop. He just started collecting diecast classic cars. This is his go to shop, best prices and a large collection. He is always treated so well here and they even asked him what he is looking for so they can keep an eye out. Little hard to find, but just look for the postal sign, it says cubbiehole on the window.

Love this place. I take the kids once a week. Best selection and the owners are super nice.

Ordered a item on eBay and this company shipped an empty boxThen refused to refund or replace the itemAnd basically stated that it was not their problemSo if you buy something from this company they will not stand behind their service and once they receive your money they don’t care what happens with the customersYou shipped the item so you should be taking it up with Fedex and not me your customerYou left your customer out to dry . You got your money so as far as you are concerned that where your responsibilities end. You are wrong but you don’t care you got your money and your customer got screwed

What a cool little place. I went in to get my fingerprints done. They also provide shipping services. I think its just to support the owners passion for collecting die cast cars! The place was jammed with tons of them. When they didnt have my husbands dream car (I was going to surprise him), they ordered one! Super nice owner too, the service was great!

Said open until I got there, closed due to COVID. Wish there was communication on the website etc.

The new owners have made this place somewhere youd actually want to visit now. My son loves the cars and I can get shipping done. They have ice cream too!!

Place is under new management & have to say the guys there are pretty cool! They have outdone themselves on the store as far as getting it in order & also giving people the opportunity to sell there stuff there for consignment.
