Had an eye exam and picked out two new frames the other day. Tori and Luke were super helpful and professional. It can be really overwhelming to know which frames complement your face the best- their expertise and guidance made the experience seamless! It really took the guess work out of it for me. I Highly recommend this location.
I typically don’t write reviews, however this store deserves recognition. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They helped me pick out two pairs of glasses which normally doesn’t happen when I go to vision stores. Juana, Torrie, Luke & Dr. Stathis were absolutely phenomenal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will definitely come back!
Very clean, professional and amazing service.The staff is always friendly and helpful. They wont let you walk out without something that looks great and gives you confidence. The doctor does an amazing job with making sure to give you the best experience possible. The store is very clean. All over very happy with my experience everytime I walk into the door.

I brought in a prescription from another eye place and Kevin helped me get two new pairs of glasses. He was very helpful and knew what he was doing. The glasses came in quick and they are perfect! I love both pairs! Excellent customer service I highly recommend this place!

Terribly unhappy with the service, and with what I paid for glasses that I cannot see through. I refused to take them ———- I cannot see through them.Pearle Vision refused a refund or to apply money (of balance after choosing a replacement pair) to contacts.Contacted my insurance to no avail. I am so disappointed 😞. Not sure what I will do***** UPDATE: Today, the store manager (SM) called to offer to apply the costs ($277.98) to contact lenses. Unfortunately, I have already purchased contact lenses from Costco. The SM suggested I seek a refund from Costco for the contact lenses and use the Pearle Vision credit to purchase from them (? makes no sense from the customer point of view).The call seemed more like I was being scolded by the principal. He spent most of the call, defending the service I received which in my opinion was subpar. I explained that if I had known the cost of the frames, I would have chosen less expensive - he said that it is Pearle Vision policy to exclude the prices on the frames because it doesnt include the cost of the lenses. The guy doing the glasses order specifically said (after completing all the minutia involved) that you chose one of our most expensive frames. I would not have proceeded, if I knew that an hour earlier; it was the only frame I tried on, there was no one available to help guide me, I had no idea. I havent worn glasses in 20 years.What a terrible experience. I told him that I would like a refund. He said, That isnt going to happen. My options are 1) reader prescription in the entire lens or 2) a lined bifocal which he said would not be much different that the previous lens (that I couldnt see out of). I told him I would like a refund. He said I have 9 days left to decide.Wait, he originally said I had 30 days to decide... He clarified that it was from the date of purchase. I cannot believe that Pearle Vision is doing this!!!!! I didnt even try the glasses until last week and when I went there on Tuesday, they were closed. I could of had two additional days! Not sure it would make a difference. Looks like they are taking my money and there is nothing I can do about it. Beware!
I had a great experience from start to finish. The doctor and office staff were so kind and helped me pick out the perfect glasses. Even took the time to explain my options with insurance. I’ll be back!

My rating is based on my overall process I’ve had to go through so far with this location. I had my appointment on Friday 9/4, dropped my only pair of frames off to have new lenses put in and then decided to order prescription sunglasses as well. I called Wednesday 9/16 to see if they had been delivered, but no one answered, so I left a voicemail. I got a call back on Thursday 9/17 to say they were not in yet, but still waiting on a shipment to come in. I decided to just walk in and check Saturday 9/19 since I was already at Desert Ridge. My regular everyday glasses were in, but they put the dark sunglass lenses in, not normal clear ones. Which means my sunglasses have the clear lenses. It had been 2 weeks without glasses so the strain behind my eyes was real. I put my head down on my baby’s stroller handle and just had no words. I was just really hoping to have my glasses back because my eyes were hurting so bad. The guy apologized and said they would ship them back as priority so I didn’t have to wait another two weeks. I said that’s fine and walked out of the store. I called twice Thursday 9/24 and left a message for someone to check the status since the guy told me they would be fixed sooner, but no one answered. I called again today, Friday 9/25, and no one answered the first time; ended up calling again this afternoon and a lady confirmed she does not have my glasses in yet. She said the labs were already closed to call and check. I was going to just ask if I could pick up the lenses from the lab thinking they were in state, but I guess they’re in Florida, Texas and Michigan. She said when I went in on Saturday 9/19, that they probably weren’t re-shipped out until Monday 9/21, so that my glasses could be in the following Monday 9/28 shipment. Why does my gut tell me that they won’t be? Ugh. I had a quick and easy experience at the Pearle Vision in North Charleston, South Carolina, back in Jan 2019, but once my glasses come in, I will not be going to Pearle Vision in Arizona anymore. I will update this with the date upon receiving my frames.
They are super quick and friendly with their service. Makes going to the eye doctor easy!
Is 4:45 store hours are until 5 as advertised however is closed there was a guy in but did not bother to noticed the time they might need to be honest about store hours

I absolutely loved my entire experience at this location. Everything was perfect from meeting Lyric and having her assistance from the very beginning, to the exam room with Dr. Paul who is absolutely amazing and funny, to Luke who helped me pick my glasses out and kept a smile on my face. The entire staff is friendly and so welcoming. You never feel like a number and they genuinely care about you.
Best experience in an eyeglass shop I’ve had!! Nakoda answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Dr was great and addressed all my concerns! Very welcoming and friendly staff and an awesome selection of frames. Will definitely be returning for all future eye exams/needs!!!
Quality frames and awesome help to find them! I swore there was nothing that worked for me as far as frames go... But one of the gentleman assistants grabbed a few and one of them was perfect! I would have never guessed! I will definitely come back for my annual. And always.
I was in a few weeks ago, and was just looking around. Luke noticed that my glasses were falling down my face and offered to adjust them for me. They fit beautifully now, and to top it off he also adjust my sunglasses, no strings attached! As an added bonus, provided me with a learning experience by showing me how to prevent my glasses from stretching out faster. I will for sure be using them for all my future optical needs! Wonderful experience with the Ladies running this Pearle vision location! I am so impressed with the staff and the service I received at Pearle Vision. Dr Paul is very good, patient, and took time to address all of the concerns I had. The glasses I ordered are perfect. Christian helped pick them out, and I just love the frames. I also ordered some specialty sunglasses for sports and they are fantastic. Tony help fit them and even took the time to fix and adjust my old glasses while I waited for my new glasses. You can bet I will be back next year. Thank you all!!

Just had an appointment here today, first time since moving from IL. Dr. Paul is so kind!!! He was efficient and was not rushed, which is rare for any kind of doctor I see. The two ladies at the front desk taking paperwork were very pleasant to talk to and Tony had called me to confirm something and he was sweet and very helpful as well. Will definitely be back every time I need an exam and would not hesitate to refer friends or family!
I have been coming here with both of my sons for several years now. Excellent service and Dr Paul is very thorough and professional! We get both contacts and glasses here and the staff is always good about making sure were getting the most for our money, including any rebates the companies may be offering. My husband has now joined us and got the prescrition sport sunglasses and loves them!
I just had an appointment with Dr. Paul and it was one of the best exams I’ve had. I didn’t have to wait, they took me right back for the pre-testing and I was in to see the Dr. I opted in to the opti-scan, which is far better than having my eyes dilated, definitely the way to go. The manager Luke worked magic and maximized my insurance benefits and I was able to get a great deal on my contact supply. Highly recommend, great staff!

I ordered glasses on 10/20. Called multiple times after the 10 business days because no one from the store ever calls. I even asked them to please call me and gave them my direct number multiple times. I tried to leave messages but their voicemail box is always full. On 11/8 I called to cancel my order because the product was still not in. They apologized, gave me a little refund for the wait and said it will be 1 more week. There was an issue at the lab. I advised on 11/8 if the glasses are not in 11/16 I will cancel and want the remaining refund.It is 11/16 and i tried calling at 320pm and got the voicemail box which was full. So i called again but picked scheduling and after waiting someone there picked up but they are trying to get someone to help me. It has been 10 minutes and the lady cant get through, it appears the scheduling is a call center in Ohio. Who knew?They tried again and I finally got through! Now I have been waiting for 5 minutes on hold because it takes a long time to determine if my glasses came in. Now a different staff member came to the phone asking how they can help me. Are you freaking serious??? I said another rep was assisting and checking if my glasses were in. She apologized, said they were short staffed and said she needed to look to see if my glasses were in. I guess they are in a galaxy far, far away.She came back and they are in. I asked when did they come in? She said on the 13th. I am like why didnt anyone call me. She said an email and text went out. I said i received neither. She said well it is a new system. I advised I asked a manager to call me when they got it. Apparently it doesnt matter what the customer asks for.Going to go up and pick up my glasses and hope they are truly there. I WILL NEVER USE PEARLE AGAIN!!!!
The end of the year came too fast and I needed to use my benefits, these guys were able to squeeze me in last minute....very grateful!! The Dr was top notch as was the staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back and will be referring to family and friends!!

Worst customer service ever! My first appointment was for three people! I made appointment showed up on time, for them to take a walk in and make us wait 45 minutes after my appointment! Had another appointment today at 10, called to confirm with Chi, equaly as rude as the first time! The staff in the front will ruin your business Dr Paul if you dont handle how rude she is! I came to you as referral from our school! I will be sure to inform our school of the experience!!!! Very unfortunate !

Worst experience ever, Marine Corps veteran with a service connected disability told no return on glasses and within days of Veterans day. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 minutes of having them, I bought a pair of Oakley glasses here that I was basically talked into getting progressive lenses, as I was using reading glasses just fine but I wanted a second opinion. Upon getting these glasses I had blurred vision unless I put my head to my chest to see thru the top of the glasses. I called and asked if I could return these glasses for my money back within 30 minutes of getting the glasses. I was told no the store does not offer refunds on glasses. I just wanted to post this so that many other people do not have to have the experience that I had received. Also the 30 satisfaction guarantee does not apply to money back and it is very limited from my view as 100% satisfaction is exactly what it says, no excuses. I will be contacting the bbb as this is very misleading in the terms that are used when one is saying if your not happy they will make it right.

Horrible customer service. It was astonishing, I was ignored upon entry. Had an appointment yet waited close to an hour and 3 ppl were still ahead of me. Doctor is very slow and unprofessional with patients time. Go some where else please- an appointment means nothing! Lol

Horrible service by Luke @ Desert, Ridge, went in to have my glasses adjusted and he broke them and he told me oops, that happens so he told me to go to another repair shop to have them fixed, cost out of my pocket, there was nothing,he could do.
