Needed new counter tops and went here and glad we did. Martha and Gary were great and explained things we didnt know to ask about the counter top material we had wanted. We needed a follow up visit and Gary was at the house in a very timely manner. Roy, an independent contractor, did a fantastic job installing the counter tops. You can see counters being made at facility which I thought was interesting.

After searching the web for a reasonable and reputable countertop company we came across “The Countertop Center”. Martha at the front desk took great care of us! We were able to find the material that we needed and at a great price! They also took care of all the fabrication in house!

The Boss over here sorry not sure of his name. I just want to say if I could give these guys 20 stars I would! We demolished our kitchen with zero knowledge of anything and obviously on a budget. Took our countertops in for a cut and I just want to say how HAPPY and relieved how they turned out and a perfect fit. The knowledge of this man and the time he spent educating us and the price was worth every cent! Will be using and recommending them in the future. Thank you all at the countertop shop!!

This place is so timely! The prices are fantastic, the service was great, the product was ready as expected with no damage and no scuffs or marks. Excellent customer service, I was explained all the details needed to replace the custom counter tops with new one. Since I will be installing them myself they also explained to me the details that will need little modifications to install the new ones. Great place and people, I look forward to working with them in the future. Also the prices are very good. Way better service than Home depot.

After shopping around for our kitchen counter tops we ran into a craigs listing for table tops . Located on 29th drive in Phoenix we walked in and met with Martha. She greeted us and asked how she could help us. Martha was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional and made sure she answered all of our questions. She impressed us when she covered the costs between all the different products and made sure to tell us about commercial and domestic uses. Very happy with The Countertop Center. My new counter tops were installed today and they are beautiful. I am selling my home and needed to update my kitchen. I didnt want the expense of granite, so chose Formicas FX180 - simulates granite at a fraction of the cost. I was nervous how this would turn out, but the end result was stunning. It really looks like granite. They are just beautiful. From the time I consulted with The Countertop Center to the time they installed my counter tops, they have been extremely professional, courteous, honest, and punctual. All at an amazing price - better than Lowes quoted me. I highly recommend them.

Good price. there was a small mistake about which side would have the rolled waterfall edge. they made me a new top within the hour, I only paid for material. I could have communicted a bit clearer myself so I am happy about that.

This place is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend them to ANYONE! I got a quote on some new countertops for my preschool and it took them a few days to get someone out, and the first guy they sent didnt really know that much about counters so he said he would have his brother call me back. He called back a few days later and came and worked up the pricing for me. Pricing was decent, So I told him we were first doing some painting then would call him in a few weeks to order the counters after the paint was in so we could make sure to get the color we wanted.So after 3 weeks we go our paint done and sent him a text saying we were ready to order and had the colors picked out for the tops and he replied he was too busy, and I took too long so call Gary. So I call Gary at the number he provided and get a nice lady who says she will leave a message for Gary. He never called back, So I called again, He never called back, so I called again and told the lady he hadnt returned my calls, she apologized and said she would tell him. Then I never heard back from him.So I text the guy who works there who gave me my original quote and he jerked me around and said I took too long and needed to find another contractor because he was now too busy.Completely unprofessional and really quite embarrassing to run your business that way. I cannot recommend them. And I put relatively few negative reviews out there, but these guys deserve 1 star or less.

I put cabinets in my garage and have been putting off getting the countertop because I didn’t want to spend a lot of money and the length I needed was 10’ 6”. Home Depot and Lowe’s only keep in stock 4’, 6’, & 10’ lengths. I didn’t really want to have a seam, nor did I want to special order a countertop. Martha at the front counter was great and made us feel so comfortable (the guy (may have been the owner?) in the front office was great too, but don’t remember his name). Never once did I feel like my order/request/job was too small or trivial. We didn’t spend a lot of $ there, but we felt treated the same as someone doing their entire house. We left there in no time at all with an exact length countertop that I needed, in a better color choice than the pre-mentioned places, and at a better price. This place was awesome and we highly recommend.
