Their place is just ok, but poor attitudes and artists are just ok. If youre looking for just words without art or you have your own design, they can get the job done but be prepared to feel slightly belittled or like youre worthless to them. We spent $150 on art that, even after 3 revisions, just looked flat and plain. Whenever we went in, there was no respect toward customers. If we were talking to an employee, other customers would come in and be waiting for over 15-30 minutes without even being welcomed or acknowledged. Everything is also SUPER delayed. The shirts we wanted (crop tops) they claimed were not in stock and that no company could get any since it was a worldwide shortage. We spent over 9 months trying to get the 3 pieces of art done. We eventually gave up on this company, had our art done on Fiverr, and went with another screen print shop in the valley at 2/3 the price. The other company was able to get the crop tops we wanted QUICKLY and fulfill our order. They were also very welcoming and friendly. Fiverr art cost a fraction of what this company was charging and showed true talent and passion. I DONT recommend this company. Sorry guys, you need to fix your attitudes, prices, and quality.

I just finished using ACME for a clients embroidered patches. Both my client and I are happy with how it turned out, and I appreciated Sauls patience as I asked a lot of questions and tried to make sure the colors were accurate. The patches were manufactured in China, so if you are considering a similar project keep in mind that it may take awhile to get them shipped back to the US, and Chinese New Year could also cause delays. Ive used ACME several years now for tshirts (which they produce in their shop in Phoenix), and Ive always been happy with the value, process and the results. Using them for patches was a no-brainer.

Its also super easy to deal with them,, theyre on top of stuff. Their knowledge and communication skills are unparalleled. Quality work! I run a small business and weve used Acme Prints for 2+ years to print business cards, a table cloth with a logo, and a sidewalk A-frame. I had a general idea of what I wanted but their creative team improved on it and made everything look so professional. I bought a normal human shirt for humans, which I am. It came with two human arm holes for my two standard human arms. It doesnt come with a separate pod for a gorlob sack...which is fine...cause I totally dont have one of those.

January 5th I called to get a quote for an order of hoodies, t-shirts, and beanie’s for my company. I spoke with someone named Megan who asked my to email her the artwork and what I was looking for specifically. She even said “we will get back to you within 24 hours, we are really good about that”. It’s been a couple months and I never heard back from them. Super flaky And clearly don’t care about my business. I’d go elsewhere.

Saul and the team at Acme were fantastic--very communicative and patient working through setup, and very efficient once we got going. Our shirts couldnt look better and they were even done ahead of schedule! They will definitely be my first call in the future!

Recently I ordered 50 glass mugs through Acme to use in my business. The glasses I received say not for canning on one side and not for hot products on the other. The salesperson did not tell me about the additional writing on both sides of the mugs. I actually purchased the mugs to use as mugs. You know, for hot products.After emailing back and forth several times with the unhelpful sales associate, requesting to return the mugs in exchange for a refund, the owner emailed me and tells me I basically get what I got. So I wasted $300+ on 50 mugs that I can not use.Needless to say I am incredibly disappointed and will not be using their services ever again.

I had looked online for youth children uniforms and the prices were way too expensive..I decided I was gonna go local and found ACME..BEST decision ever. The prices were way less expensive and the product delivered was just what I was looking for. I couldnt recommend Acme Prints more. They printed custom t-shirts for our company and the product came out exactly as described and the t-shirts were of excellent quality. Zack was great to work with and always super responsive. Id definitely recommend them to anyone in need of custom screen printing done quickly and well! We struggled with a local printer that we had used multiple times. They did not have the right programs or process and it would be hours of follow up and reformatting. It was a very long and hard process.... BUT we thought the price they gave us made it worth the hassle. In a moment of frustration I called ACME and in minutes we had a quote and professional mock ups. We finalized the deal and the price difference was very minor. So many shops in the valley can be pushy or rush through orders--or exactly the opposite--and their employees dont give a rip about my job. Acme was helpful, flexible, & accurate in the quoting process and offered rates that were very competitive. I was nervous to try and design some custom apparel as a present for my husband because it is so far from anything I have ever done. However, Saul from Acme prints was extremely patient with me as we sent a zillion emails back and forth to design the perfect items. He answered all my questions and made the process efficient and approachable. My husband LOVES the t-shirts and sweatshirts, so we are very happy customers. The sweatshirts and normal t-shirts are just awesome. The active shirts seem to run a bit small and the fabric is not as sheer as several of our other active shirts. Thats our only very minor complaint.

Overall it was easy though I kept things simple and didnt upload art or anything... my only feedback would be that the shirts I ordered are all sized pretty big and just a general note about that would have been helpful... I might have ordered a few xsmalls had I known. But no complaints with the product, I look forward to ordering more.

AcmePrints is an awesome screen printing company! Ive ordered printed tanks from them multiple times. The screen print quality is great and you receive it pretty fast. They also have a large apparel selection, and respond quickly to any questions.

Met them at Phoenix Comic Con and Dans front office staff and the most fun and nicest people I have ever had the joy of working with. They have done some custom shirts for me which have turned out beautifully. Tegan and Jen are fun to work with but they also get the work done perfectly as well. Peter called me back and sure enough they had a big box of hats they couldnt do anything with because of misprints or orders not picked up.
