I was a customer here for over three years and have spent in total close to $3,000 with them. I have finally said enough is enough. Their customer service is absolutely disgraceful. I run an apparel business and I depend on them to deliver my items in time so that I can deliver to my customers. Also I work a full-time job. In the beginning they had decent quality, great cost and were dependable. But about a year or so ago things went downhill. There are two owners and there is constant miscommunication between the two of them. One will tell me a time and the other would tell me another time.On google, it shows that they are open 8am-2pm Mon – Thurs. This is FALSE. I have received an email numerous times stating that my order would be ready at a certain day and time and then I arrive before 2pm and nobody is there.Once I left my full-time job to pick up my order since that was the only time I could and I arrived (again before 2pm) and nobody was there. I called the store multiple times because if I couldn’t pick up that day, I would have to wait another 4 days. I got no answer. I called the second owner’s cell phone and he ignored me. I had to send an email stating that I would cancel my order immediately, just to even get an email back about it!Their quality has gone down and their prices have gone up. If you print with them, I process you will regret it.

Put in a rather large order, they said 7-10 business days... over a month later, still no product. they also charge a ton for shipping, and which they claimed to have sent our product through over a week ago, and are unable to supply tracking info for...i dunno... really unprofessional, and poor service.
