Twisted Swag2 Words for Twisted Swag... Great Experience!!!I chose TS first because my friend used them for a rush order for a memorial service for a young teen who passed away due to sickness. They turned the shirts in record time and worked with them to configure the art from one of the young mans friends. They were quick, considerate, professional and the shirts were perfect.I just needed to have 5 shirts printed but they gave me the heads up that doing 12 shirts would be cheaper due to their printing process. So, they could have made fewer shirts for more money but decided to help me out on the deal. Liking this already.They have every shirt size you can think of including larger sizes, tall sizes & a ton of colors as well.The quality of the shirts is excellent. I’ve purchased multiple t-shirts from the Nike store that don’t fit this well. My printing requirement wasn’t complicated at all but it’s exactly what I asked for. The print they did for the young man’s memorial was multicolored, needed to be perfect with the image they provided and they knocked those out of the park as well. Before printing, TS sends you a proof showing the placement of the graphic on the shirt so you can make any adjustments. I found this super helpful to make sure the printing wasn’t too high or low on the shirt.I got these ordered, designed, submitted, approved, printed and in my hands in just 3 days. And that wasn’t even a rush order.This is a local shop owned and operated by people who live in the community and they do great work. My church will be needing shirts soon and it will be a no brainer to use them again in the future. TS for the win!

This is the best print shop I ever been in, very friendly, great customer service. I ask them to print 100 t-shirts. While other companies take like 2 to 3 weeks, It’s only took twisted 2 days. They are fast and Sufficient, I needed a logo and they didn’t Hesitate to do it for free. Yes I said Free. That Melted my heart, they did not have to do it for free. I bought a t-shirt at a police canine event, and I put it on at the event. By the time I returned home, the design letters were falling off the t-shirt.I searched for dry cleaning establishments which also performed alterations. However, the service I needed was not one any of establishments provided.Finally, I remembered Twisted Swag was known for t-shirt designs - among other services. I often went by the location and wanted to stop by while doing errands. However, my timing was always too late or early.So, I telephoned Twisted Swag, as I thought perhaps a member of the staff, could solve my t-shirt issue. Danny answered the telephone. When I told him about my favorite t-shirt, Danny explained why the letters were not adhering to the t-shirt and said that he would be able to resolve the problem. Danny did a great job!Given the pandemic concerns, customers could not enter the shop. When the pandemic crisis ends, guess which place I will be frequenting often? I phoned Twisted Swag Monday and was instructed on how to enter my specifications via computer for my desired custom-lettered shirt. Daniel told me it would be ready by Friday. (Hmmm, pretty good.) Daniel at Twisted Swag puts his customers first. He is very responsive and solves problems. We had an issue with my order (admittedly mostly my fault) and he fixed the problem promptly. If you are looking for same day or next day prints in Phoenix, CALL them directly. The online design studio and overall website could use some UI improvements. However, I can say that one call to Daniel would ensure you are well taken care of.

Had the BEST experience working with Twisted Swag yesterday. They are located on Cave Creek near Greenway.My mother wanted to have a shirt made for my nephew’s birthday, she’s been having a hard time finding him a gift because she’s not allowed to go out shopping due to COVID. She found this local shop and had called to ask them questions. They were extremely helpful and offered to walk her thru the process online for designing her shirt. She’s not computer savvy so she asked me to do it. Their site is very easy to navigate and use. I did have one question so i called and they were very helpful. They said my mom sounded like it might be urgent so i explained my nephew’s birthday was the next day. They said no problem they would get the shirt done to pick up the following day (it was about 4:30pm). They also confirmed the shirt we picked was in stock, it wasn’t so they helped me figure out which one was so i could place the order using that. Once i submitted the order and they saw the art, they called back and asked if we’d like to pick it up in an hour instead of next day. This made my momma VERY Happy!!!Wonderful customer service and the t-shirt looks great!! Highly recommend if you have any custom t-shirt needs to check them out.

I should of read Heather’s review (who also gave Twisted Image a 1 star review) before ordering.The exact same thing happened to me.I placed my order online as well. I ALSO didn’t see anything about any additional printing changers online either. I even called a few days after placing my order, to make sure my printing instructions were understood. The kid on the phone acknowledged them and said they will be ready by the day I needed them. 2 WEEKS go by and no word from anyone. My first thought was “I’m being scammed” but no, just poor customer service.I called on the day I expected to have my shirts by, and come to find out, my order was placed on hold as well. 2 WEEKS!! They had 2 WEEKS to notify my. Apparently I had only paid for the shirts and no printing service.Now understand, I’m a millennium, I know how to use the computer, let alone place a simple 23 shirt order.This should tell you something. your website is not user friendly. (Which the kid on the phone acknowledged, and said they were fixing it) 🤦🏼‍♀️At the end of the conversation, my order was double the original price. Because of Twisted Images lack of communication, I ended up going with another company. I paid pretty much the same price as I would of with Twisted Image. I love supporting local businesses, but your loss Twisted Image. All you had to do was notify me.Probably should brush up on those customer service skills for future sales.

I recently started working with Danny and Miguel at twisted images and I must say.. They are absolutely superb, understanding and good people! All of our shirts so far Ive absolutely loved.. Weve been placing our orders with them since starting our recent clothing brand. They will stay late if need be to get jobs done and even open shop to pick up orders if absolutely neccessary. This place is hands down the best printing shop in the entire state of Arizona! The Owner is a great resource for information for beginners and for people who know what they want! Im from Michigan on vacation leaving on Thursday and I wanted to get a t-shirt with my friends name and my name on it twisted swag was right on top of it when I pulled up I told him I needed something quick he done it within 10 minutes no questions asked you cant find a service so unique so client focused really appreciate them and the price was fair and reasonable you got to check them out.

Danny at Twisted Image won a customer for life last week.Im a small business owner. I hate when people come to me expecting ridiculous things, so when I had an opportunity to appear on TV to market my business and I needed to rush a t-shirt order, I contacted Twisted Image for an iron-on custom shirt (and being honest, even then I was still pushing it).Danny wasnt having it. Im gonna make you look great on TV, he said. He didnt know me from any other Joe, but he made screens and produced two samples of a screen printed shirt in stupid short notice and the result was we had amazing shirts to wear on our TV spot.He did this because he is like that. No, for real, while I was waiting to pick up my order, another customer in front of me in line was given that same incredible I-care-about-my-customers attitude. He owed me nothing and gave me everything.Im not saying he can do that for everyone, but I am sure he will try. And for that reason, I will be his customer for life.Thank you Danny!

Is there a way to select 6 stars? Danny is the man. I will try to make a long story short here, but I wanted to get an NBA team specific shirt for my wife and same day. So . . . being the good husband I am, I went to the mall and to the nine stores there that I thought would sell something like that. They all didnt. I called every store you could think of in the Phoenix area, and the only NBA shirts you could buy were Phoenix Suns related. So I happened to come across Twisted Image and I gave them a call and Danny answered the phone. He listened (and laughed in good fun) at my predicament, and less than four hours later I was headed home with a shirt for my wife to wear to represent her team. It is so rare to come across a business like this, and to find somebody like Danny who generally cares about the things they do, and the people they connect with. My new go to place.
