Our company has been using ACB for decades. I have been working with them myself almost daily for the past 13 years. We are a high volume and very demanding account, and they go above and beyond to clear our shipments. They have done our urgent clearances after hours, or over the weekend. They give us a heads up ASAP when the duties/rules for any of our common import items may change. They are extremely knowledgeable.ACB is a very important partner in our import business!

They are ABSOLUTELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, THEY LIE, and then they stick u with a huge bill at.the end WAY MORE then discussed prior to using their services. I would DEFINITELY recommend using someone else, ANYONE else!

Nothing not having your package held for ransom by this company. They sent emails to the wrong email address!!! I am now responsible for fees for storage. The staff is completely unprofessional. I am disgusted by how poorly I was addressed. Stay away. They will have your social security card and drivers license information.

Worked with these AWESOME people since 2002. They have taken care of all of my imports from Hong Kong since I started our company Flash of Brilliance Flash Cards. Very fair and reasonable. THEY ROCK!

I have talked to John, Jennifer and Sandi and all three have been amazing to work with. They are professional and know their stuff and when you are importing and looking for a Customs broker to ensure you are compliant they are exactly what you need.

Absolutly the worst service i have ever received. No more than 2 minutes on the phone with John the customs broker & he starts an argument. No way to treat a customer whos looking for a long term broker.
