John Roach can not manage a business. He lies about work being done, time frame of work, and quality of the work. I can not express how much of a displeasure it was doing business with him. He just wants money and does not give a damn about your vehicle or your time. Seriously, go somewhere else. Car dropped off on 23rd work was promised 3 days later and heres a screenshot of him 6 days later saying it wouldnt be done that day. Heres a spoiler:The work was NEVER STARTED. Im still going through the credit card charge back process, that John is currently fighting. All for work that was never done!

Windows came out perfect and only waited a short while. This is the second car Ive gotten tinted here and the first one is still good from 2 years ago.I noticed 8 of the one star reviews are from exactly 9 months ago, and they all have 5-star reviews for USA Collision. Could be a coincidence, or it could be they work over there. Not really sure, but I know the reviews dont exactly reflect the tinting quality of this place.*Edit: some of the reviews mentioned above might be removed for violation of Googles policy.

Dropped my car off on Monday and was told around Friday the car would be ready for pickup. I reached out several times asking for pictures and a pick up date. I was told Id be getting pictures and a pick up date shortly. I finally got told were aiming for before Wednesday but still no pictures. I showed up unannounced today because of the lack of communication & pictures being curious as to the condition of my car. They had my car for 9 days and DIDNT EVEN CLEAN IT. It just sat in a garage for 9 days, while I was being told that it was being worked on and that I should expect it soon. I am SO disappointed in this place. Seriously, DO NOT GO HERE. They do not stand by their word and WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF YOUR CAR!Edit: They deleted their Facebook page after I called them out. They are also trying to scam me out of 2k on my credit card. This business is awful.

Yiies!! This guy promised quality work and the tint job he did was very low quality. Bubbles and peeling after two days!

I dont leave this score easily. I have used AZ Cool Window Tint (AZC) for the past 10-12 years and the work was quite good. I used them for window tinting and clear bras on eight of my vehicles and referred them to numerous other customers that used their services. My biggest complaint, until recently, was their inability to finish work in a timely manner.In the last six months things changed dramatically. I had windshields replaced in two of my vehicles. As I have always done, I met the glass company at AZC so they could tint the windshields before they were installed. It is very important to note that I have used the SAME MODEL AND LEVEL OF TINT ON EVERY CAR since I started using AZC. For whatever reason the owner who has always done the work on my cars installed a different tint on both windshields. The tint he installed had an odd blue/green effect to it and made the windshields appear hazy. When I complained he said he had used something different as an experiment. This struck me as strange since I am certain he is not a scientist.AZC recently became an installer for R1 ceramic paint coating. Since John Roach (owner of AZC) has always done good work I decided to use him to ceramic coat my BMW M4. I arrived to deliver my car at 9:00AM per my appointment but John was not there yet (this has become routine since a motorcycle accident he had last year) and his inability to arrive or complete work timely has become epidemic. He finally arrived about 9:30AM and said my car should be done by 5:00PM. The car was completed the following day at 9:30PM.The next day I noticed the hood, front fenders, some of the glass and areas of the rear quarter panels had hazy streaks on them. I contacted AZC who contacted their trainer and told them they needed to prep the effected areas again and reapply the ceramic coating. I scheduled another appointment, John was not there on time and I reviewed the areas of concern with his dad. Two more days later I picked up the car. The glass was good but streaks remained on the car.it is important to note that the car is immaculate except for the streaky hazing over most of the flat surfaces. Once again I contacted John and his response to my contact was that many people had seen my car while it was in his shop and they thought it looked great. Really?Despite numerous efforts to contact him he no longer responds to texts or emails. I brought my car to another Phoenix company that only does ceramic coating and has been in business for seven years. They gave me an estimate to remove whatever was applied to my car, prep the paint and properly apply ceramic coating for $1,250. The company representative said it could be anywhere from 20-30 hours to remove all the product that was applied to my vehicle.In summary, I had used AZC for more than 10 years and Johns inability to be on time, complete work timely, his ridiculous reason for experimenting with windshield tint and the horrible job that was done with the ceramic coating have caused him to lose a customer and excellent referral source. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING IF YOUR TIME AND VEHICLES ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU

Worst customer service! I had to get tint twice because the first time came out horrible. First time I dropped off at 0900 and was there to pick up at 5pm and he had not even started car. Car was ready until 9pm with horrible results to be seen the next day during daylight. I called called and no answer, Swinged by a few times and no one was there. Finally, txt with a different answer and he replied... scheduled again after two weeks from first tint. I stayed at shop from 0900 until 3 pm but of course he made sure he went and came back to shop a couple of times.. leaving me just waiting for the work to be done. Some tint wasn’t even fixed but at this point I rather have someone else fix it. He also dripped water on top cover by the back window and seats and just said yeah you can take it to car wash today. Seriously DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!

This business is a giant scam. They will lie and steal from you. Do not trust John Roach! Biggest scam artist.

Extra mileage on car and no explanation. Ill press on returning. Bad business.
