Great customer service! Clean store! Big Lots has a lot of sale items. But, some items can be lower or higher than the competitors! Plenty of parking. Public restroom inside. This Big Lots needs employees!

The store manager was so much help. And we were finally able to get the last piece of our bedroom set with her help. This will be the only location we will be shopping at in the Phoenix area.

We went in we look at furniture the assistant manager helped us and we got it so we go back and pick it up she was very nice and friendly I will go to the store anytime

There is nothing particular different from this store compared to the other Big Lots stores. They have the same items.The employees were friendly and greeting every customer. The parking lot also plenty and spacious.They well-organized all items. Though almost have the same items but there is the different items were available for healthy grains.We didnt find what we were looking for this time. Overall, this store is okay for us. The store was also very close to I-17 North and quite easy to see from main road.

The new and revised Big Lots was surprisingly fantastic. The store was very very clean. The selection was outstanding. Abd lastly, the staff was so very helpful. Glad to be shopping there again.

Trish helped me choose between several mattresses and was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. This store had a bit of everything and excellent customer service. I will be returning come tax return time to pull the trigger for sure.

Big Lots carries a wide variety of products. Most things you may need for your home can be found here. Nothing as comprehensive as Walmart, but a good selection of general household items at a fair price. I shop here often.

I used to love big lots but they have really gone downhill, especially since covid. Merchandise seems cheaper quality but higher price. This store is small with limited stock because the allotted so much space to furniture.. Ive been wanting a sofa but they are never in stock. I will be visiting less and less.

The need security patrolling the parking lots. Too many seniors, pulling up by themselves, and the homeless walking up on them right in front of the establishment! 1 cashier for the line wrapped around the section to walk to check out. No smiling faces, to make you feel welcome.

My husband and I bought a bed frame and a Barrington Queen Mattress for $465.00. With the bed frame we didnt need a boxspring.

This is an ok Big Lots. Not a very large store, or inventory. Store is clean and has never been crowded during any of my visits

May not always find what Im looking for, but ALWAYS find substitutes or other things I wanted at great prices. Lots of variety of items, from toiletries to home decor, outside decor (including pools) to furniture and more! Staff is always kind and helpful. Pleasant place to shop.

I dont always buy a lot of items here, but when I need certain things like batteries, Big Lots is the place to go. I also end up getting makeup of some sort when Im there. They have somehow been able to keep their prices down even during this pandemic. So far so good.

We found some great snacks and a new shoe rack.

Good selection with nice savings on most things. Management and employees do a great job keeping sterile and distancing standards. Employees seem afraid to say anything to customers who drop or take off their masks. Some people get really nasty so hard to deal with that.

WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES. There website shows they have a product in stock and showing the amount available. I ask an employee what isle it would be on. She said if it not on the shelf we dont have it. I asked again what isle would it be on . She said we dont have it. Again I asked what isle it would be on. She did not answer. They lie about whats in stock

This location has changed since I was last there. I like the set-up. The workers are friendly. I just wish they had a bigger electronics section

I was at store number 4507 on Bethany Home Road and Christine and Teri were extremely helpful, the manager helped us find the specific products we were looking for and did it with a smile! And the cashier helped us pull a coupon off of our smartphone and spent the time needed to help us and again, with a smile! I never felt so good spending $150 over there.

This is one of the cleanest locations Ive been to. A bit surprising considering the area. I feel like they dont always have everything the other locations do, so if I saw something at another location and cant stop thinking about it Ill stop here first but dont always find what Im lookingv for. This really is the only down side. Theres always good parking, clean, and quiet, great staff too! Always ready and willing to help.

When they say big patio sale...they dont mean the furniture is actually on sale. They just mean their sale is large, dont be fooled by the hype.Still love big lots but they seem over priced on their outdoor furnishings. Couches seem like a good value. Lots of candles, pillows, and other fun things.

Customer Service was GREAT! Product selection was GREAT! Store look was GREAT! Cleanliness was GREAT! Prices were.. or so great. To be fair the prices were not outrageous but I live in this area and it seems like these are Scottsdale prices. The other Big Lots Ive been too have typically been a step up from the dollar stores but it seems this location is not. Maybe all the Big Lots have raised their prices but I came here for free boxes and decided to buy some things in thanks. Didnt get as much as I would have liked for $40 but I figured I owed them that for not only the abundance of boxes they gave me but also for the customer service.The product manager was amazing! She took time away from unloading just to bring me and my wife dozens of boxes. The cashier was great and helpful as well. The furniture and items they has rivaled a Walmart or Target, however as I stated before I was pretty disappointed at the prices. I get it, this is no dollar store but unless you are buying something on sale (and they have lots) you will probably never want to pay full price.That being said their rewards program is amazing. You get a $5 gift card for every 4 purchases. Cant wait to go back, but Ill definitely wait until I see whats on sale in their circulars.

They didnt have the bread my mom wanted, and many of their prices are more expensive than their competition. It looks more like a furniture store.

I love to shop at Big Lots I sure miss one they used to have on 32nd Street and Thomas, i go there cuz I like to buy their coffee pods they have it in bulk and they have all kinds and its inexpensive compared to the grocery stores, its fresh coffee and its good.
