Called for an estimate and was advised to send a detailed email. Did exactly that, and its now been 2 weeks and need to get started. My contractor called and was advised they are too busy. That isnt such a problem, but they have my contact info and would have been good to know, instead of expecting the quote. There are plenty of other suppliers out there and doing a little research from contractors, they are over priced and customer service issues anyway.
