We purchased a new home with a big metal door. The door sounded horrendous when we opened and closed it. It took a very long time for them to fix it. Appointments were scheduled but they didnt show up. When they were finally going to be here I received a call from Terry Hawks telling me his daughter had COVID and asked me if I still wanted him to come over. I didnt want him to so this missed appointment was on me, not them. In a text I asked if there was a screen for the door (it has a large window in the center that opens up) and Terry replied with.....I have created a magnetized screen that I have been offering for sale, but I will make sure my guy measures your glass door opening and I will provide you one at no charge. Usually takes about a week. I appreciate your working with me on this scheduling and hopefully compensates for your screeching a bit!!!!๐. I have never heard from him again. I have left him messages and called the main number and have not received a return text or call. I have even offered to pay for the screen and still nothing. Terrible customer service!!!
A few years ago the trim around my door started to rot out. This was due to (in my opinion) improper installation of the threshold. The threshold appears to be angled toward the house somewhat, thus, water will pool up and wick into the wood. I called the door and trim installer (Younger Brothers Door & Trim) and asked them to come look at it. They wont even come look at it. As Bill said: too busy doing warranty work to even look at a seven year old door. Basically: too bad too sad, we have to catch up on all of our other screw ups. Seven years isnt that long, Bill. It is my fault for not calling you sooner. Even so, youre too busy with your warranty work, it looks like you guys mess things up too much that I guess I dont want you to re-do the door even if I paid out of pocket.
Terrible Customer service Mo employee for warranty work hacked up my door jamb with a penny nail and cracked my drywall, he was rude and not welcome back to my home. Younger brothers is a terrible company with terrible workers.

If you want your warranty work done on a timely basis, or at all DONT call these guys. They give you a 4 hour window, set up weeks in advance and dont show and with no call. The when they do show, the next day 2 hours late, they have a major attitude and no business dealing with the public.
Got there at 7:30 am & was told they are first come first served but as other drivers showed up that they knew I went from 2nd in line to 5th. Didnt get unloaded til 11:40 am. Very unprofessional
Updated review: After calling Younger Brothers again, the representative listened to my concerns and decided that the behavior of my door was not normal and that a technician should come take a look. The technician came to my house, was confounded as to why the door was ghosting but was able to make it stop, which was all I wanted. I appreciate Younger Brothers taking the extra effort to keep a customer satisfied.
Never a customer, but saw these guys speeding down a neighborhood, honking erratically, and flipping off an old lady for obeying the speed limits. Not a good look, small wonder they already have terrible reviews.
Ive inquired 3 separate times regarding wood beams for my home. No one has contacted me - ever. Guess they dont need the business.
Worst company on the planet! The door does open after two years. Called the office and they refused to deal with it even though I am willing to pay for the work, and even though they have vans coming to our sub-division from time to time doing installations. They are terrible!
Driver with no trailor brake lights and young kids in truck cut me off on busy central avenue argues that his company wont fix the brake lights.
I am very disappointed W/ Younger Brothers - done work with them several times but this time has been the worse ever. Aside from the wrong doors being ordered they have no showed about 5 times, I have doors marks all over my new painted walls and the wrong bolts are being used, doors are installed crooked, etc.... it has been weeks and still the doors arenโt all properly hung. If you are considering YB... you may want to rethink things. Iโm done.
Waiting over 2 weeks and still havent heard back from them, after emailing and calling.
