BEAUTIFUL flowers. I am so so happy with how my wedding bouquet turned out. The process also did not take as long as expected at all. Would 100% recommend. Super friendly staff and did exactly what I wanted!

My family and I have entrusted Floral Keepsakes with our most treasured memorabilia since 2002. They are very talented! I have never been disappointed with the finished product. Memories preserved for a lifetime and then some.

They did a fantastic job with my wedding flowers! I am so happy with how they turned out and I can’t wait to find the perfect place in my house to display them! :) If you need any sort of flowers preserved this is definitely the place to go!

I’m usually not the type to write bad reviews but this was unacceptable. My last email to her was 2 days before my wedding confirming where my bouquet would be at and let her know everyone is aware of her arrival which she told me would be around 8pm (all my emails to her I made sure to put the date since I was getting married on a Sunday which isn’t the norm) At the end of the night which was 11pm I see my bouquet was still where I placed it for her to pick up. I was furious and upset. We got home the next day and before we could call her my husband got a text saying that the card was just charged 280$ - we flipped because there was no reason for her to be charging our card. My husband called her and asked her why she charged our card when we were looking at the bouquet. She said that she had my bouquet and it was where I said it would be. We figured she had one of my bridesmaids bouquet but she said no it’s big. I asked her to text me a picture of what she was looking at and she sent me a picture of another brides bouquet from the wedding the night before! She said she sent someone to pick it up on Saturday....my wedding was on Sunday! We were so upset! I demanded she send someone to pick up the bouquet tonight (I live in Maricopa and she was at Phoenix) and instead of saying absolutely she said she will have to find someone to make the trip. At that point we told her never mind and we want all of money back. She emailed me later that day and offered us 50% off if we brought in the bouquet the next day. I never responded and thought to myself how can I trust you now when you made such a huge error and that poor bride who’s bouquet they took, she must have been so upset that it went missing.

Little pricey and paid extra for custom box, I say worth it. Lisa was great to work with.

Lisa with Floral Keepsakes is an absolute pro! She created a large shadow box for my wedding dress that I proudly display. I get sooooo many complements on it! She has also provided floral arrangements for events I’ve hosted. The customer service and pricing are excellent. I highly recommend Floral Keepsakes and will continue to refer them to friends, clients and family.

Great experience getting my wedding bouquet preserved! Would highly recommend for anyone who isnt sure yet what to do with their flowers- there are tons of options to keep them preserved and view them in a way you like. I am very happy with how mine have turned out and have many years of enjoying my wedding flowers to look forward to!

I was hesitant as to whether or not I should write a review however others deserve to know what they’re about to get into if they choose to use Floral Keepsake’s services. For starters when I called to see if they required me to make an appointment to come choose the shadow box for my wedding bouquet the woman on the phone was not necessarily kind. When I came in for that appointment the two women that were there to help me were also not necessarily kind - I felt rushed and like I was inconveniencing them if I had a question. When they finally contacted me that my flowers were ready to be picked up I scheduled to come out on a specific day (I live 40 minutes from their shop). I showed up the day THEY told me was okay and they were closed. I called the shop several times and left the owner a message on her personal cell phone. I never heard back. I left empty handed and when I finally called them again the next day I was told by the owner herself she doesn’t know why they were closed when they should’ve been open and that she never received my message. There’s obviously a major lack of communication going on between employees there and unfortunately it appears as though their customers just have to deal with it. Overall I’m pleased with my flowers but I do not plan on ever using Floral Keepsakes again in the future.

Uptown is so fortunate to have this locally owned flower shop. We used Floral Keepsakes for our parents anniversary party and the service was top notch. The flowers were so fresh they must have been brought in the same day. Customer service was awesome and sooo affordable.We even grabbed a few lovely gifts for friends and family that helped throw the party.We are now using them for my sisters wedding.Thanks so much!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Nothing more to say than just HORRIBLE! The customer service was something I’ve never experienced before. Rude, not accommodating, not knowledgeable. Disgusting. Almost all of my flowers for my wedding look wilted. They didn’t even seem to care. Half fast job. Will NEVER go back and HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

My mother in law brought my wife bouquet here after our wedding. These crooks kept adding expenses until we hit a final cost of almost $1000 dollars to preserve a bouquet. They are crooks and never do business with them.
