Worst ice company in the state. Ordered 1600lbs for an event and the driver decided not to deliver. Didnt call anyone or try to fix. Dont ever use this company. Simply trash

This company is trash, please before you order, read the comments! These are not lies but instead the reality of this company and their lack of values. The owner has ZERO respect for others, delivers water instead of ice, doesn’t show up at scheduled timeframes, I could go ON & ON. Best of luck finding another company to carry out your request, because AZICEMAN doesn’t deserve our business.

I feel like ONE star is just too much. I worked here for less than a month and honestly dont understand how theyre still in business. Easily the worst place Ive ever been employed through. The unprofessionalism is just appalling. You show up to your shift and 9/10 they are unprepared for you to start working. You may not have a vehicle to deliver ice and if you do theres a number of things wrong with the truck. I had a truck where the brakes were bad, the dashboard didnt work so your unable to see if you have gas or how fast your going, the tags were expired since 2019, the refrigeration in the back to keep the ice cool didnt work, the lift panel wasnt the best, no AC inside the vehicle, completely filthy on the inside and I could just go on and on. You start at 7 but dont leave out hours later until they figure out if your even working, if you have a route, or if youll just be doing some errand at the shop. By the way this isnt hourly so all that time wasted is just what it is….time wasted. PLEASE….PLEASE…dont take a chance if you are seriously looking for a stable job because you will 100% waste your time.

Absolutely horrible service & even worse communication, Ice is always watered down, trucks never work. Management lacks common decency and expects their hardworking employees to drive in dirty vehicles that need work on the lift switches, brakes, refrigeration, etc. & ALWAYS LATE!!!I’ve learned my lesson and will NEVER consider them again. What is the reason of ordering ice when it is melted by the time it arrives?! SMH

Almost every time they just no call no show, and the 2 out of 5 orders that have shown up were hours late. If you are depending on ice for an event or your business, I would order from somewhere else to be safe.

We just used them for a snow party and they did a fantastic job!! The crew was early and knowledgeable. It only took them 45mins to make 7 tons of snow. The staff was also very helpful. I would use them again!

We actually were really happy. Everyone I spoke with when booking was really nice. It was 70 out and they showed up an hour early but everything lasted until end of party. Kids had an amazing time.

Ive been getting ice deliveries from this company for over 11 years. Always have had terrible service and just found out this morning when I went to order ice, that they dont deliver to our area. This company is the worst ive seem and cannot be counted on to service there accounts. Stay away from them!!!!! Would give them less than zero stars if i could

Ive used ICEMAN for several years running now for a Chili Party I host annually! Only 1 year out of 5 have they been late and they gave me an extra ton of snow as an apology. It all worked out great for everyone! My friends and their kids loved watching the process of the snow making....they never got to see how I get all that snow before....and it, definitely, benefited AZ Iceman, as that extra ton of snow was great and now Im ordering 7 tons of snow and adding the slide! Wow! Good customer service begets good repeat business :-)

I attended an event where Arizona Ice Man delivered snow. What a treat for us who live in the desert!The staff at Arizona Ice Man were friendly and showed up on time with no problems. In speaking with the owner I couldnt believe how much snow it takes to cover an area so be sure to order enough for your event.

Where is the negative 5 stars?! This place is horrible! The owner does NOT care so why would the employees care! Late or no shows every single week! Looking into getting ice from somewhere else.

Placed an order 5 days in advance, called the morning of our event to confirm the delivery, their dispatch confirmed, then that afternoon no call, no show, no delivery. Called multiple times only to be answered with incredulous banter. Unbelievable. Horrible service. This was my 3rd time using this company. First time they delivered 3 hours late, second time was an hour late (fortunately I requested delivery time 2 hours before our event started), and third time no show. 3 strikes.

Dont depend on them. They never show up on time. I called and talked to Steven a day ago and made sure they make a delivery by 10 am the next day. Nobody showed up and called again at 12 and was told that someone will come by, but no eta was provided. The day is over and no one has made the delivery. If you need an urgent delievery, dont call them, you will be left with frustration.

We ordered 15 tons of ice (shaved into snow) for a community event. We had a signed contract with the delivery day and time listed. When calling to confirm two days before the event - they stated they were delivering it early - the next morning! We had to cancel the order. Worse customer service ever. The manager yelled at us and owner told us to go ahead and sue. We already paid them in full. I hope we get our money back!!

Because I have to give you 1 star otherwise it would be 0 stars. Called and placed a dry ice a day before I needed it, and confirmed that it would be in early morning. The day I needed I called about 1pm to learn that they didnt have any and they were not going to deliver. No call from anyone to let me know ahead of time.....

I have used them for 15 straight years for school events. I will never use them again. The owner is cheap. They were late to start blowing the snow. The employees do not listen to where you want the snow blown. They do not follow up when you have a problem. DO NOT USE THEM. They will be called out on TV in the coming months because they will not resolve our problem.

I ordered an ice luge for a college graduation party. The ordering process went well and they were supposed to deliver to the party at 3pm. I hadnt heard anything by 3:30pm so I called them. I was told that they were running behind and the ice luge wouldnt be at the party until 5:30pm. Although I found this completely unacceptable there was nothing I could do about it so we waited. 5:30pm came and went. No calls, no communication of any kind. They just didnt show. Can customer service get any worse than that?

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. As with many other reviews on this site I set up delivery of ice from them for a catering event I was doing and they NEVER showed up. When we finally got a hold of the owner (2 hours after the delivery time) he said the driver was late. No kidding. He then dodged our call - having his desk person say he wasnt available.

I ordered ice for a nonprofit special event the ice arrived 3 hours late. After wed ran and bought expensive ice from Safeway. So I refused to make full payment. Called on Monday, complained to Manager, who told me next time Id get ice free. I ordered next time, ice arrived late and delivery man was indifferent & rude and demanded full payment. Ill never use this company again.

I had 800 pounds of ice set up for a 5:30pm delivery for a large event. I got a call from the delivery driver at 5:40PM (10 minutes after delivery time) that he was an hour away and might be a little late. Stating traffic was the issue. I will never use them again or recommend to anyone I know.

They contacted us 48 hours before our event to tell us that they were going to deliver our order of 12 tons of snow 24+ hours earlier than our contracted delivery time for our event. We want 12 tons of snow, not 10 tons of slush. Avoid these guys theyre unreliable.

DO NOT do business with this company. I would be surprised if they continue to be in business.
