Quick to take my money, but they’re late to deliver my order.

This company does this everytime. They finally had 3 good people in front with great customer service skills and always had the material i needed. Thats why i came back to Steeler. Now in the last couple of weeks Ive seen new people that dont know what theyre doing. Theres No RedLine and No White Dot.I wont be coming back!

Steeler was doing great but lately it seems like they made a personal change and it takes forever inside the store. Drove to Steeler yesterday morning and it was closed. Not sure why they were closed. Not sure if ill be going to Steeler anymore.

Had a huge nest of drywall panels delivered today and it went off without a hitch! Cant believe they got all these 4x8 panels through my itty-bitty window without damaging it or anything else! They were fast and professional and stacked them all where I told them to without taking forever. Highly recommend!

Bad service and lack of knowledge about the stuff they sell

A little slow on the service but they actually had what I needed in stock. A drywall competitor not to far away had 2 items out of five I needed out of stock. Talk about a waste of time.
