Great service and support on my old starter.

Ive seen great service before, but never better than Turbo & Electric. The starter for our backup fish farm generator was throwing fuses due to a bad solenoid. We could start the generator with a screwdriver across the solenoid. However, is was monsoon season, so we couldnt bring in either the starter or solenoid without risking the business. No other shop would even consider helping without bringing in the solenoid and/or starter. Rick in electric helped remotely, had the competence to determine the right solenoid, and the new parts arrived to our out-of-state location THE NEXT DAY. BTW, the price was excellent. #businessforlife.

I came to Arizona visiting family, had a turbo failure, thought I was just going to need a cover to help the original builder make warranty. The guys offer to come out and match up the original cover. Unfortunately I was not able to utilize the awesome service I was offered, by let down of the original guy. I had to purchase another turbo last minute. The service and help I was offered was amazing.

I dont live in Phoenix and had a 3 day work function in the area. I dropped off an alternator to be rebuilt. Unfortunately due to the high demand for their services it was not done in time before I had to leave Phoenix. I had expected this. They do alternate delivery Prescott and Flagstaff every 2 weeks. They had a delivery to Flagstaff the day after I left to come home. Their driver made it a point to contact me and arrange for payment and delivery to me without being asked. Taking him an hour and a half out of his way to satisfy a customer. They are good people that go above and beyond to take care of their customers.

If you have anything rare or old, dont take it to these guys. They kept my parts for 10 months, and I finally got tired of being jerked around and picked my parts up. They lost new parts I had purchased, and when confronted, they wouldnt return my call. They broke stuff they couldnt fix. I have no doubt that they do fine work, but I shouldnt have taken something vintage to them as they obviously dont have the expertise and patience to work on something rare. They get a one star because I cant give them zero.
