Do not buy from this company! I purchased a pool pump from this company on Amazon that was described as Used/Like New. Amazons definition an item listed this way is Used – Like New An item in perfect working condition. Original protective wrapping may be missing. The original packaging may have minor damage, or item may come repackaged. Package damage is clearly defined for each item. All accessories are present. The pump arrived in a box with old mold covered foam stuffed into garbage bags as a packing material, the pump had been repainted, rust visible on internal motor, the entire end cap of the pump was cracked and the motor housing was broken in several places, no manuals, no pump fittings, total POS. I immediately requested a return shipping label from Amazon and shipped it back to the seller. The seller contacted me and told me it was a refurbished pump, no where in the pump description did they disclose this. They asked to send photos and I did and their response was WOW, we will give you a refund. The seller ended up refunding the purchase price of the pump but listed the reason for return was that I the buyer wanted to return the pump, not that it was not as described, damaged, missing parts, etc... This was their justification to not refund the $51 in shipping cost. I emailed the company about the shipping cost not being refunded and they have yet to reply. Very dishonest company, beware.

This company has zero morals and values! Read yelp reviews before even considering this company. These are false reviews. This person knew I was at the hospital on my father-in-law‘s deathbed. He went to my house and replaced my pump. I couldn’t inspect his work because I was at the hospital. I paid him. He put in an older pump and worse pump that’s was there. Spray painted his work to make it look good however it made it even more obvious. Then took my old pump. Made several promises saying he would come back and fix what he created and also give me back my old pump. After me waiting for him several times without showing up now stop taking my phone calls. ZERO MORALS LOTS OF FALSE PROMISES.

Do not buy from them unless you’d like to be scammed! I ordered a part from them, paid privately (which should’ve been a first red flag) got a bogus tracking number and never received the part. I have left many messages on their voicemails and sent texts with no reply and they refuse to pick up their phone when I call. Dont get scammed and lose your money like I did!

Dont waste your time, total scam artist! His rebuild with new gaskets consisted of using goopy gasket maker instead of the proper rebuild kit. He said he put new bearing and capacitor, pump still made grinding noise and capacitor was not replaced. Didnt respond to calls / texts after a point or make any effort to refund me or make things right. He has multiple different websites and contacts he uses, so make sure you do your research before hiring someone from online to rebuild your pump.

Completely unprofessional. He started ignoring my calls after I told him his install was leaking. Now the motor sounds like it’s gonna go any day now. He told me 4 different times he was coming to fix it and never showed up. Now not responding to texts or calls. Had to call a real professional to fix his work. Total scam!!!

Chris started out great until he forgot the motor cover. Then he started a game of I will be there on this day with your cover and never show. Never call to let you know he wasnt going to be there. Never returns your phone calls or text messages. Now I am stuck with a motor with this hack patch he made that keeps falling off the motor. See the picture. Go ahead and buy his motors if this is the kind of work you want done

Shady work and conflicting communication! Very unprofessional DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Does not have a ROC. Information on the Facebook site is incorrect. Payment was made and light does not work and now I have to pay another company to come and look at the pump and filter. I also had to send them $250 upfront to get supplies. I should have know then not to trust them! Lesson learned always go with a company that has a ROC license.

Pool Pump Kings are the best, especially Chris. I had a total of three pumps replaced which included a booster pump and not only was the price was right and a great deal but he painted and sealed my piping, and the results were fantastic. They even upgraded my horsepower nicely to become more powerful and efficient. When one the filters was jammed, Chris even made a special tip out to fix it. Sometimes he would come after hours to help fix things. I highly recommend them.

I know you are super busy right now Chris but I just want to thank you for going above and beyond, not to mention way out of your way in helping us with our pool needs. You not only saved us a ton of $$ but the pool is now is a great joy to my family and the pump is fantastic. You truly are a honest kind person and I look forward to doing business in the future.

STAY AWAY! They sell you refurbished junk that doesnt work. I was a little worried when I pulled up and this business was in the garage of a suburban neighborhood but I wanted to support a local business so I purchased a pool motor. I may as well have thrown my $120 out the window while driving there. The motor was rebuilt, which I knew but it was rough looking. Dented and missing a cover (I didnt realise the cover until I got home). The motor is dead. Does not work at all. My power source is good, installed correctly (verified by another pool conpany). Chris Johnson wont answer my calls now. I asked him to do whats right...no answer. Save yourself the time and hassle of having this joker steal your $.

They were able to replace my pump on the same day. Saved me tons of money and did a great job, very professional. Would highly recommend them.

This company will gladly take your money but will not respond once there is a problem. I had a faulty motor installed and it has been 5 days and they will not show up to fix it. Buyer beware.

I notified Chris late this past Saturday afternoon of the issue we had with our pool pump. He was working on another pool pump/motor at the time, but soon sent me a text to get clear about our needs, wanting to solve them ASAP. We were hiking with friends then and agreed to chat in the morning - Sunday morning, no less! I sent him a text at about 9 AM Sunday, asking if he was able to speak, and he dialed me right back. He had already scheduled jobs to complete through the morning, but said he would be available to take care of our issues around 1 PM. At 12:45 PM, he texted saying he would be at our house in a half hour. He was! Within an hour or an hour and a half, he had finished fixing our problem, and the prices he charged were exceptionally fair! I can’t recommend Chris and his company more. It was an excellent experience.

Arrived a day early and explained the source(s) of why my pool equipment was in the state of disrepair in a way that didn’t make me feel a stupid as my equipment appeared. Polite, on time, competitively priced and guaranteed, I have no second thoughts recommending their service.
