I worked here from 1993 to 2006 and during this time the employees (we) were dedicated and showed excellent customer service. We had great times and enjoyed occasional company party events. So it wasn’t all about work. Each department had to work in a fast paced environment, together as a team is what worked the best, and often put in long hours for the customers to receive their orders on time or early. I made lasting relationships here, with some customers and vendors too, and learned a lot about the high-tech industry and running a business; of what works and what does not. Now in 2020, I have experienced for myself that the employees here are dedicated to the customer, existing and finding new ones, and do achieve goals of excellent customer service; all while working in a fast paced environment and a difficult one at times. The company hires good people.
I needed product and realized they closed at 5 PM. My Account Manager said no problem, and waited for me until after 6:30PM, had all my product ready, and gave me a quick tour.A very impressive company.
Driver threw cigarette out his window...classy
They stuck me for a $300 roof repair bill on a hole that was there when they bought the building....after telling me my security deposit would be returned less utilities they then turned around and charged me $300 for the roof. You cannot trust their word.
Frustrating when you place orders with a company and they dont process POs as requested. If there are questions on something and part numbers /descriptions dont match up, you would expect phone call for clarity.
Scumbag company had me do an Instacart order of 30 cases of water to them in my Honda Accord. They only paid me for 1 case of water and tipped me $3. Get a commercial driver to deliver your water and stop taking advantage of people and platforms.
Paid for service on Eaton UPS only to find they could not fix it. They had to bring in a Eaton service technician to repair the unit. The unit was down for days, you get what you pay for!
