Been to many CB shops in every corner of the nation, never been to one that can compare to the level of expertise and attention to detail. So far I’ve had 5 trucks done here. Awesome place and I’m grateful. Not many quality shops for this left anywhere really.

If you want your CB right way take it to Zane he knows his stuff hes been a good business for a long time.

Way too cool, any drivers out there that are having CB radio problems. I do recommend stopping by. If you want service, you will have to understand that they are extremely busy with customers. If you are not in a rush, stop by, and they will drop knowledge on you of do and don’t of stuff if you are not sure. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.Thank you guys for your help. This is a great radio shop, with everything you could need in a place to buy your accessories, cables and more. No matter what the issue is, Zane will figure it out. He is the best guy I know for diagnosing and fixing issues with radios, amplifiers, antennas and more. Big focus on 11 meters, because they are located in an 18 Wheeler service center, but the guys here are hams or know the answers to many questions. Zane is a licensed op as well, and I would trust him with my best equipment. The place is a little crazy when you walk in, because theres so much stuff everywhere . . . you are just breathing RADIO the whole time you are inside the shack. Highly recommended!

Can’t say enough about the level of service I received from Zane and John who did an outstanding job of rigging me up with a finely tuned 11 meter radio. “Good enough” is not good enough. You get the best! Highly recommend stopping in off I-10 at exit 137 to buy/tune your radio. Thanks again!

Went in to have my cb looked at. Didnt have much range. The gentleman looked at it saw I needed a better ground didnt even need a calibration. Cost was way less than I expected. Grateful he took the time to look at everything. Shop is in the back corner of the plaza to the right of the truck bays.

I actually bought a Connex 33HP here a long time ago by a nice but terrible cb repair guy. I heard its new owners now, so I made a call to give them a chance. NOPE. Rude. Im sorry Dannys cant find a reputable and knowledgeable person to run that space. Itll make a great storage area!

Love the staff loved the little store very informative very helpful. Competitive prices good solid equipment wide range of items, lots of new radios, and even used radios. They can recap radios work on radios Peak and tune theyll even do mounting of antennas on your vehicle they do solid work.

They were very busy do to they had so many customers waiting to get radios installed or repaired. The person who worked on my radio was very professional about his work and he gave me good advice on what to do and not to do with my radio after he found out why I wasn’t get good signal. Zane is super smart and an excellent guy to have work on your radio. Prices are good and he does not try and rip you off. Him and his daughter show great customer service and attitude. Note to the thin-skinned or sensitive types though: dont go in if you cant handle blunt/extreme honesty, sarcasm or someone with the will and drive to live like and act like a 100% red white and blue blooded American!!

Couldn’t find anyone to repair my rand McNally gps. Got in touch with the owner Zane here and brought it down so he could check it out. He did an amazing job on fixing it and saved me tons of money from just trashing it and buying a new one. Drivers if ur having a problem with your gps not charging or something else going on with it I highly recommend getting in touch with the owner here. Not to mention the best cb shop in town. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Wow!!!! How much easier can it be than to text a picture of what wires you have in your truck, the make and the model- and then get a reply in 5 minutes with EXACTLY what you need to hook up your aftermarket sterio. The wire diagram on the connector package made hookup take less than 5 minutes and coorisponded color to color to what my aftermarket sterio wires were. (02 Volvo VHD)I cant wait to add a nice sterio in my ole single axle Sterling.

The only radio shop in the country that I can trust. I have bought several radios from Zayn and his crew, I have never been disappointed. And his custom antenna for the Cascadia has no equal.

Top notch CB radio shop. They do installations, repairs, and have all the accessories. Great prices. Always get great service here. They have what I need. Radios, antennas, mics, co-ax, big power cable and fuses, etc..

The place isnt pretty, but dont let the clutter put you off. This guy is a genuine radio genius, in CB as well as Ham base and mobile radios and antennas. And he is very fair on pricing for both parts and labor. He even cleaned the mirror he had to disassemble to fix my CB antenna after he re-assembled everything. A class act. Ill be ordering a radio (AM/FM/SMX/CD player) for my truck next time I come through Phoenix because I trust him to pick a good one at the wholesaler, and the wiring harness is so screwed up I need a trusty fixer to do the installation.

After finding the gremlins that were affecting the ground on my mount, he tried many different antenna combinations to give me the best possible signal for my FJ Cruiser. Great service, dont sell you on things you dont need. Peaked my radio and checked my antennas. Also diagnosed my blown amp and explained to me what happened. Would recommend for sure!

I drove all the way down there for an echo board, and was greeted by a note in the window sayin they were out on errands, but would be right back, and left a number for urgent service. Waited an hour and tried calling the number with no answer. Finally left. Sorry, but Amazon will get my money.

Had them work on a radio, the repair was good but did not get my manual back for the radio. Have called several times. Was told they would mail it to me. After couple three weeks nothing. Now no one will return my call. Really like my manual back!

Just had a radio installed. These guys are awesome. Nobody knows radios better. Very fair, honest and meticulous in their work. I highly recommend this shop!

This place is very hard to get to. I went in looking for a radio and amp. I waited for someone to help me for about 10 minutes. Nobody came to the front. There was someone in the back. ( I assume he was working on radios). Perhaps this was an anomaly and I just caught them at a very busy time, Hence the reason I will give them the benefit of the doubt and not give them just 1 star.

They were great help on getting my cb radio worked on and fixed also very knowledgeable bout his products i came in with a rare dale earnhardt cb radio he was able to get it working and fixed some other things for me deff would recommend his shop and continue to do business with him

The little radio shop is awesome!!! They set me up with the perfect little transciever for my Tacoma and will take time to answer any questions about radio you may have. Ive also had them tune a couple of antennas and would never consider DIYing that again. The performance increase theyve gotten me is phenomenal!!!

This place was awesome! very helpful people that know what their doing and will do as much possible to make you happy would definitely recommend for any one that needs help with radio or cb problems.

They are a alright CB shop, but a little bit expensive than the competition. They have this young guy I think his name is Todd that usually does the antenna s, he will always tries to charge more than the set prices by the boss. Todd is the rude one and always trying to screw you. The older guys are nice and helpful.

Had a RoadKing RK56 microphone cord replaced in January of 2017, five months later the outside layer of plastic insulation came apart from both ends.Ive had other CB shops replace the cord on this microphone before and they usually lasted two to three years.They must be using cheap Made in China imitation replacement cords as this replacement was garbage.They did get my Galaxy 99V working properly, which its still working great as of August 2019.

Expensive to buy just the 3/8th inch thread to so239 connector. Asked if they had one used and Shawnee said not one thats not stripped already.

Just wanted to drop a note about BRR. Todd did a very professional and clean job installing the new Stryker,antenna, running coax,etc in my 18 Cascadia. This was my second install by BRR. Both Zane and Todd have been great to work with.

Hands down best shop around. I was very impressed with his inventory and very knowladgeable staff. He fixed the install on my box for a fair price they will not let you leave until you are completely satisfied with their work no short cuts taken. Being on the road, it is sometimes a necessity to call ahead to find out if and when a good time will be to come in and get work done or to find out if they have what I need in stock. After 4 attempts to call them today, I can say they wont be getting my business again.

Update. Stopped in 03/27/22 to get an antenna and have my SWR set. Was in and out in 30mins. Great service and friendly staff as always.....Never had a problem with these guys. Ive been in a few times for different reasons and have always gotten professional help. Matter of fact waiting on them to open today to get my cb worked on. Remember sometimes your attitude is the attitude you get back.

To put my 4 hour experience very shortly, I advise you to only deal with the owner and do not deal with the assistant. If thr owner is gone, come back another time.

They had what I needed. Salespeople are friendly. I recommend them to anyone that needs a radio or parts.

First of all hard to find. No signage. This place is in the back of a busy shop.He does not answer the phone. Door locked gotta go find the guy. Then I found him and he was rude. “ what do you need I’m swamped?” All this with a cigarette in his mouth. Real professional guy. The truckers might think your swell but you suck. Got my needs taken care of at a better place that I gladly gave my money to. I hope you read this. Oh yeah, your place is filthy like you. How do you give a minus star rating? This place deserves it. If I would have read all the bad reviews I would never had gone. Save your money and grief!

Good spot to get CB issues handled

Radio Blew up a few days after they worked on it. So I gave them a one star rating. Owner contacted me and we exchanged pictures and conversed on what happened to my radio. Seems my last radio guy turned it up beyond its capabilities and it finally went after Big Rig Radio played with it. Just bad timing I guess. Since I dont know the workings of the circuits and the radio blew up after leaving big rig radio I was pissed off and went off the handle thinking its was their fault.. Turns out it has nothing to do with Big Rig Radio and they said they will help me get it back working.

Lots of stock, knowledgeable staff. If youre in Phoenix let alone Arizona this is the only CB shop to go to!

Their answer to bad SWR on Freightliner Cascadia is to sell you a 7 antenna... they dont check your coax or ground or anything.... just sell u a 7 antenna ... the first time u drive on a windy road that antenna will be in oncoming traffic.... really bad service, my radio had a loose solder joint and they sold me a 7 antenna.... got it fixed at a REAL cb shop.... now whenever I see a Cascadia with a 7-foot antenna blowing in the breeze off a mirror mount I laugh and think of the crappy Phoenix Big Rig Radio Shop

Was in and out. Checked my levels for free. Was 5 $ for a elbow connector. Place was kinda a mess inside but looked like they had everything. Its located in the back last bay (most south).

The guy behind the counter was awful. He was rude and condescending. When I complained about his attitude he yelled and screamed at me. I think this guy is psychotic and belongs in an institution. I would never do business there again.

I have to agree with other reviews on here, these guys are Rudd just over the phone let alone talking to them in person...one syllable answers you almost have to pry information out of them...dont go here avoid this place there are plenty of cb shops in this area try firebird.
