Scott is the one who came out to fix the door springs same day service on a Sunday. he also guided me through the repair process and explained to me what he was fixing. Called at 505 am as I headed to work. Had appt for 430pm in minutes. To make the experience that much better, the technician called at 1pm advising he was on his way early if we were okay with it. Springs replaced and garage door working by 230pm!Great communication and reasonable price...

Called them Sunday just after 5 when my garage door wouldnt open. They were at our house within 20 minutes with everything needed to replace our motor that had gone bad. Ended up being a much larger repair than I hoped for, but thats no fault of Pacific. The tech was nice and respectful and got my repair done in about an hour. Very satisfied

Best service ever. I called late Saturday night on a 3 day weekend. Phone rang once. Explained my situation with my door, and couldnt believe he said he could be there Sunday morning at 0700 clock in time for me to make chirch- not like that other emergency service who couldnt make until Tuesday at noon (imposters). The tech was very professional. The price was worth compared to last non-emergency repair service..Glad I didnt have to deal with Residential warranty services. Companies like these will make them extinct.

Use THIS company! We had a broken spring and only one spring and could not get out of our garage. When I called the person was great and made an appointment that day. Scott, our technician arrived early and made an extra effort to go get a part. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. As part of replacing the broken spring, he added a spring so we could use our door if one broke in the future. He also aligned all the tracks and now the garage door opens smoothly. These guys are as good as it gets. I called them at 9pm on a work night and he was in my garage the next morning at 6:30am looking at the issue with me. He told me that the part that was broken was only still made by one manufacturer. He told me that I could spend $500-$600 through him to get a newer version of the same part installed but that I really didn’t have to as I could get the original part that while outdated, was perfectly fine and could be installed for $300 through the original manufacturer. He was honest and saved me $200 or $300 bucks even though it meant that he wouldn’t get the business. You just don’t see this kind of honesty and integrity in the many places anymore. While he didn’t get the business, I will always call him first for my garage door needs and will give out the Pacific Garage Door Service name to my friends and family anytime they need help with their garage doors! Can’t say enough great things about these guys! Call them and you won’t be disappointed.

Wow! Called several companies that advertised weekend after hour’s service, only to find out no one was able to come out until Monday. My garage door was stuck open and there was no way I wanted to go to bed wondering who was roaming through my stuff. I forgot to mention 3 out 4 of the companies I called had me stuck on hold for 3-5 minutes only to find out no one was available once someone did answer.
