My shower has been leaking since I purchased my new home aver a year ago. The builder finally sent over dependable glass. Emilio and Daniel came over on a weekend and explained why it was leaking replaced and added seals around the shower door. Emilio also explained how the builder should have angled the flooring on the shower to help prevent the leaking. Thank you again.

We purchased shower doors for 2 bathrooms and they were able to get everything installed the same day. Both were very nice and professional. When an 8x4 glass window cracks it is always hard to deal with having to replace it but Dependable Glass came through. A fair estimate and cost for a double paned tempered replacement and service was great. They showed up on schedule with 4 team members to quickly get the job done. Steve, James, Jeremy and Emilio all were professional, efficient, clean and helpful (especially with moving my desk that I couldnt do alone). Within less than hour the work was done, and done well. This was the only place I could find that was confident in their ability to cut mirrors that were already affixed to bathroom walls. They were up front and honest that it would be a 50/50 chance of success. James and Daniel came out and successfully made the cuts I needed without any cracks requiring new mirrors. The cuts that were made allowed for my light fixtures to be properly screwed into the electrical boxes. They cleaned all the old glue from previous work and even mounted the light fixture brackets which made it that much easier for my electrician. All in all I was extremely pleased and thankful. Ask for James and Daniel - they were outstanding!!

Tech came out for a quote on what ended up being a DIY/handyman repair. So didn’t end up using any of their services. But their office staff and tech were very friendly and helpful. They will be my first call for any future glass needs.

I highly recommend Dependable Glass not only for their great technicians Scott and Ricky who were beyond professional but for their integrity and honesty in doing the right thing. We had two broken windows replaced but one of the windows did not fit correctly due to a bad measurement. Scott immediately let me know that he modified and installed the temporary window having the wrong measurement and that he called into the office for a replacement with the correct measurements be manufactured as quickly as possible. Not is Dependable Glass dependable but more important HONEST!!!

Overall experience with Dependable Glass was positive. I was very pleased with the attention to detail displayed by Daniel when he was taking the initial measurements and the detailed notes that he took. He also took time to explain what is possible and what is not possible. Installation went well and all the installers (Daniel, Jeremy and Emilio) did a good job. There was a slight issue when the glass supplier provided the wrong glass for guest bathroom but Dependable Glass brought it to my notice ahead of time and went-ahead with the re-order. Only feedback would be to keep customer informed via emails on the status of re-order on a periodic basis.

I thought that Dependable did a good job with our window glass repair. The estimate was in line with the other company that we had give us a quote. CJ and Dustin who did the install were friendly, professional, competent, and on time. The only small miss was the time it took from when we decided to go with them until they had the glass ready to install. They said it would be 2-3 weeks, but It took a month. All in all, I am a satisfied customer and would recommend Dependable.

One 8x11 glass pane in my wood French door was broken. I called multiple glass companies and they told they could not replace the glass, that we would need a new door.After several calls, I found Dependable Glass. Dependable was great. They came out to measure and I needed the glass for the shower ASAP since I was having company. They were able to do it for me in a timely manner. WELL WORTH THE WAIT...after ordering our shower doors and mirrored closet doors we had to wait because we wanted oiled rubbed bronze frame, which was unusual. So instead of the two week norm, we ended up waiting a month and a half. That said, Jeremy, our installer, was wonderful!! He showed up on time, and was very organized and efficient. He was careful removing our old doors, and precise installing the new ones. They are such an improvement over our 20 year old ones, both rooms are refreshed! I would highly recommend Dependable Glass because everyone I dealt with was friendly and nice, and our install couldnt have been any easier.

I searched yelp for a place to install shower doors and this was one of the companies yelp showed me. The owner immediately sent me a number to call for an appointment for somebody to come look at the showers and give me an estimate. Their estimate was much better than any of the others, and they could do exactly what I wanted (install inside and outside towel bars...not sure why some of the others said they couldnt). The entire process, from getting the estimate, to having the doors installed took less than a month. Rich and Scott showed up right on time today, and knocked the job out in 1 1/2 hours. Doors look great and they completely cleaned everything up.

The installers also cautioned that over time the weight of the door could possibly still create breakage (which it did) but just barely enough to notice. I 100% appreciate the heads up and honesty as it gave us a good idea of what to expect.THE ONE bad thing was that when my husband called to book, he gave the company all of the info including the shower door model number and that we had glass tiles. However, this information was not passed onto the installers and clearly not enough time was allotted for the install. They were given a 1-hour window for a 3-hour project. Unfortunately, my husband took the day off work to be present for the install, which isnt the easiest to do, so it was a waste of PTO for nothing. Luckily, his off Friday was later on that week and we were able to reschedule for that day, but had it not lined up like that we would have had to reschedule for 2 weeks out. If I were to use them again, I would make sure this information was passed into the installers. But in the end, the quality of the install and knowledge of the door is enough to trump the initial booking issue.

We had Dependable Glass come out and measure for a custom vanity mirror and custom Euro shower glass door for our newly remodeled master bath. While their customer service initially seemed impressive, it quickly went downhill after the installation was complete. After we had used the shower a few times, we noticed that the suction cups they used to transport the shower door had etched circular lines in the shower glass (see photo below). We tried glass cleaner, to no avail. I called to make them aware of the situation, assuming it would be no problem for them to fix it. The install guys were here installing the vanity mirror and called the owner, who came out and tried to sand it down with super fine sand paper. It did nothing. He went back to the office and we didnt hear from him for several days. He finally left us a voicemail stating that the manufacturer wouldnt warranty the defect and there was nothing Dependable Glass could do. However, if we wanted, we could call the manufacturers rep and for an additional $150 WE could pay THEM to polish the glass to try and get rid of the defect. Unbelievably poor customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would. We paid Dependable Glass $800 for a custom shower door that was defective from day one of install and they refused to fix it, instead putting the onus on us to spend additional money to remedy. There are lots of glass companies in the greater Phoenix area. Please, take your business elsewhere.Update from customer in response to Dependable Glass owners response: To suggest that these marks show up in every piece of glass or mirror you install when a shower door or mirror gets fogged in a bath setting implies that you should not be in business at all. I have renovated 15 homes and have had new mirrors and shower doors installed in every one of them and the suction cup etching has never appeared in any of them except yours. They dont appear on the mirror you installed and you used the same suction cups to transport it, so your argument holds no water. As I mentioned in my complaint to the Better Business Bureau, I would expect a reputable, reliable company to do everything in their power to remedy such a prominent defect. Pawning us off on the manufacturer to spend additional $$ to fix your problem is unprofessional, unethical and speaks volumes to your character.

We ordered two large mirrors for bathroom remodels. Their prices were very reasonable and the mirrors are gorgeous. I dealt with Kristen in the office and she was awesome! We did have a few hick-ups, which we all know happens but they made sure to get it right. Installers were always on time, courteous and clean. Highly recommend this company!

Had a very good experience with ordering glass form Dependable Glass despite a mix-up in the delivery. The two man that came to deliver (Scott & Rick) were given the wrong order to bring to my house. They fixed the problem and were back to my house with the correct order within the hour. Mistakes sometime happen but the measure of a good company is how they deal with correcting it. I chose Dependable after reading reviews. Needed two double-pane windows in my house replaced. First co. that came for an estimate declined to even offer an estimate for the job, due to how they had started sliding out of the casings from facing the west side sun and being baked for 20 yrs, allowing them to start detaching. Dependable said they could do it, took measurements, and said they would call to arrange installation after the windows were built custom. Today the installation went fine and the windows seem high quality. The installers (Rich and Shane) were nice guys who were on time and did a good job. Work area left in good shape and all is good. Dependable glass has completed several projects for our companys corporate office in Phoenix. This project, we requested a large locking trophy case. We knew it would be a bit tricky because the wall to wall space is slanted. Elvis (John) came out, took the time to ask many questions on what we were envisioning, gave thoughtful advice on executing the plan, and took accurate measurements. Steve sent our quote within 48 hours and ordered the parts needed promptly. Elvis & Justin came out the following week to install. They were extremely professional, polite, and pleasant to have in the office. We will continue to use and recommend Dependable Glass as our go-to glass company.

We had Rick and Shane come to our house to repair a large picture window. They were professional and friendly during the installation process. Im so glad that we went with Dependable Glass. Our patio sliding door broke on Monday morning. We called Dependable Glass, they had the size we needed and by Tuesday at 11am, it was installed. I am very impressed by their prompt response and turn time. The glass was affordable, much more so than replacing a whole door. The two men that came out were professional, nice and very quick. These people are very professional about what they do. They really saved my bacon by getting this job done so fast. Landscaper mowing the backyard sent a rock into my sliding glass door. This was compounded by the fact that I was getting ready to list the home for sale! Dependable got the glass and installed it getting me in a position to list before Christmas.
