We heard that there are great deals at Pawn Shops and Aztec Pawn & Gold is at the top for quality. We went looking around and visited a few like SuperPAWN and Pawn1st. They were polite and professional. However when we walked into, family owned, Aztec Pawn and Gold on Baseline there was an immediate difference to be felt! It was not mechanical, there was personality and warmth to go with the proffesional and polite. The tall young lady who help me asked me questions and listened to understand exactly what I was looking for and answered my questions with great transparency which I loved! I left there smarter about diamonds and Gold which were my interest. When I ask even a personal question about how she came to work their she didnt hesitate to answer openly so it felt like family. Family that is concerned and wants to do their best for you not bad family trying to take advantage of you lol We all have had some of those in our lives, right? Lol It all had me relaxed they even moved a chair around so I could sit, seeing I was in pain. They all stepped in to help each other and used their professional knowledge as a tool to educate me not sell me! As I watched other customers be served, you could tell they went the extra mile and took pride in helping, I felt comfortable and confident that there was a win win win Atmosphere built into there business philosophy which meant in every way they were the smartest place for my money and in fact they proved out to be shoulders above their competition!! I walked out feeling very well taken care of. The bottom line they out did the big companies so if you want the best results for your time and money just go to Aztec Pawn and let them help you be a satisfied customer too!

I would not do business here me personally. Had bad experiences. Not from the area just was around and seen a piece of jewelry online that I went to go check out. Was walking back and forth the counter trying to look for it ( there was 2 people at the counter one guy was helping someone the other was just watching everyone else in the store I’m guessing) I finally had to fetch someone after 10 min of looking for help. Just for them to tell me if it’s not in the display it probably got sold. Ok whatever that’s cool take it off online then next time so people don’t waste there time. Decided to check out the gun area now since I was there, door was locked you need to give them your ID before entering understanding. But the way the women demanded it “ Everyone going into the gun area give me your ids right now !” “ I’m going to run up these people first then let you in” what the h... store already wasted my time in there looking for jewelry now your going to hold my id until your done with everything else before letting us in... I’ll pass. If your looking for a gun and go in on a better day they charge a $20 background fee. Most pawns I been to are free and take less then 15min. If looking for better reviews check out Yelp seems like Google bad reviews for places get deleted “some how”.

I got a ring from another pawn shop and when I got it home it looked at it more closely it looked a little funky. I took it by these guys and they tested it for me to show me that it was real gold and polished it up for free. Thanks!

I went in there with an oculus quest 2, Astro a20s and a pair of flak 2.0 oakleys. Well over 600 dollars of value, all items nearly brand new. I was offered 65 dollars for all of it. The place is trash.

When I came into the establishment I was impressed of how claim it was and then when I went to your jewellery case I was amazed by how much jewellery you did happen there and everything was nice shiny and eye catching i couldnt help but to look at some of the merchandise that was on display, granted I had to wait a bit but the young lady who helped me was the best, she was very respectful, knowledgeable, and patient no matter what I wanted to see it was there and if it wasnt she found it and if it was not the right she found something better. She is a great employee and her initials are BRF.

Worst place to pawn your firearms. Apparently they approve you immediate for a pawn but dont explain their policies regarding a pick up and whether if your delayed on a background check when picking up they still charge you a 10% fee per day after your maturity date.

The sales team there is awesome! I have been going back and forth about the purchase of a firearm. I have been there every day this week and they have been so helpful and patient. I finally purchased one today right before they closed. They even waited a couple of minutes after closing until they got an answer from the ATF. They have two locations and I have been to both. That is the culture of the staff. Helpful friendly and willing to go that extra mile for people who cant make up their mind like me.
