Then, I sent them the money - still waiting for a quote after being ASSURED they were competitive in the market price! Then they got me on the phone and I had to ask AGAIN for the price of coins!!!! They sneaked and slipped in the purchasing agreement at the 11th hour and 59 minutes, which there was no time to read. Then they called in a 3rd party to record and affirm the trade. All BS!!!! Deceitful!! Turns out, ITM trading was over 30% more in price and the sell buy-back spread is 300% more than the competition!!!!Have all of those customers with good reviews been tricked and they dont know??????? He spent an hour on my first call answering all my questions, never once asking me to buy anything. Same on my second call. By my third call with Tom I was ready to purchase metals, and from that moment on it has been effortless to do so. I can call Tom anytime and ask him anything. Sometimes I would ask the same questions 2 or 3 times and Tom would laugh but patiently answer my question and assure me of me of any fears I may have. I enjoy talking with Tom and have learned a lot from him.Also with ITM Trading there has never been a problem with my order.
