Went in looking to buy extended mags. After explaining the firearm and caliber to whoever was at the store that day, he still sold me a mag of the wrong caliber and insisted it would still work. When I tried to return it for a refund he told me I had to go through the manufacture because of minor damage (which might happen if used improperly in the wrong firearm). Also tried explaining I wanted Picatinny Rail guards to protect from heat and he instead tried to sell me rail covers and said it would do the exact same thing... I didn’t buy the covers. My local gun store allowed me to trade in the mag (and 3 other mags of the wrong caliber because they too sold me the wrong mags) and they ordered me 3 of the right caliber mag.Felt like he was trying to take advantage of someone who had very little knowledge about firearms and only was trying to make a quick buck off me.Previous stops I asked about ammo and the prices were overpriced, Ammo AZ had way better deals than this place and it’s just down the street. Sportsman’s Warehouse has a better selection on inventory and is also just a little farther down the road off the 17.

Terrible experience. Took 6 weeks to ship a gun to me after I payed them. Couldnt get into contact with them. Had to threaten to report them to the Federal Trade Commission to get my gun. They were waiting to get me low cap mags but never called or emailed me. I thought I was being scammed. When I gave them a bad review they gave a snarky reply blaming me for living in a high cap mag restrictive state and whined about me paying them with a money order. Apparently they want to be payed with gold doubloons on the spot. Dont ever do business with them. Rude and unprofessional in every way. Find another gun shop in the Phoenix area to save your own sanity.

This has to be one of the best shops in Phoenix. First and foremost the staff is both inviting and highly knowledgeable, two items hard to find at most shops. I have never felt unwelcome and talked down to, which is sadly the case at many shops. Their selection is top notch across a broad spectrum such as Daniel Defense, LMT, Agency, Noveske, Nighthawk, and Surefire just to name a few (honestly the place is packed to the ceiling with everything you could want). They have a ton of accessories to ‘build your own glock, which was what originally brought to the store. I now stop in every couple weeks to check out what’s new. Can’t recommend enough. Definitely check it out.

Ordered firearm through gunbroker.com and provided company FFL along with three messages to seller. I determined after 4-5 days of no response that perhaps the 3rd party message board was inoperable. I then sent a mirror copy to Yeti Firearms on their “contact us” messaging with no follow-up. I then proceeded to call the seller where I was met with unprofessional attitude after explaining the situation. I was then told “we are 400 emails behind so what do you want from us?” As a patron and military combat veteran I found this highly offensive and rude.

Every time I’ve gone into YETI, I have always been met with the Atmos courtesy and respect, Brandon and Kevin are two of the most knowledgeable, gun safe people in the valley! if you are looking for a high end gun..... go to YETI..... if you are looking for a custom Glock..... guess what... go to YETI! If you are looking for accessories, Either pistols or AR platforms again go to YETI!! I could go on and on, but for the best no B.S. help you can get if you are looking for a firearm, which you NEED in these trying times, go talk to YETI.

I didn’t physically go in but I ordered bullet proof coffee via phone and had a friend stop in to pick it up. They were incredibly helpful via my phone order. My friend said the place was great and the staff was knowledgeable. My friend ended up buying so much more than just picking up the coffee I ordered lol.

Shady when it came to background check. No explanation of why I got denied when I have nothing on my record. They said they would let me know within a month of why and month an a half later Ive been ghosted by them. Was very excited about my first purchase but they made it a bad experience for my first time.

This place has the Top Notch cool stuff most shops do not have. Mr is always cool and calm never pushy on sales. Its nice to have a shop that can install sights and aftermarket items for whatever you buy there. Went in last week Mr sold my wife and I 2 glocks. One of them was a sweet raspberry distressed g43, I picked up a g17 and had him put on new sights and new trigger. We didnt have to wait long for him to install everything. TOP NOTCH store and MR is TOP NOTCH

Searched everywhere in Phoenix for night sights for my Glock. I found yeti on google and when I first called the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely polite and helpful. I went in store to pick them up and they installed them for no charge. While looking around at the. Inventory the prices are very good and for a smaller store front it’s PACKED with great products. 100% will return.

Kevin is the best! Bought a Daniel Defense MK18 Pistol from his shop about a month ago and the service couldnt have been any better, TOP NOTCH! He is very knowledgeable and friendly and installed a part for me!I went back today (Sept. 24, 2018) to get a few more parts for my DDMK18 Pistol and again he was very helpful in answering the questions I had and also educating me about some things I wasnt very knowledgeable in. Again he installed the parts I had bought free of charge! This is an AMAZING Gun Shop. It may be over 35 minutes away from me but with the INCREDIBLE Customer service its well worth the drive. Great shop with a surprisingly good selection. I spent a few hours hitting other local shops in the North Valley looking for a Glock 34 before I found Yeti Firearms. Out of the 3 other shops I visited only one had a single 34 model in stock. I walked into Yeti and knew I found my new gun shop. I didn’t count but there were entire showcases full of all of the sought after Glock models. Many 34s in stock in different configurations as well as the popular 19s, 43s 48s etc. Not just Glocks though. Wilson, Nighthawk, Sig, HK. So much great stuff. Walls full of ARs, shotguns, and rifles and a bunch of quality aftermarket accessories. Selection is one thing but customer service is king. Brandon was awesome and took his time with the guy looking at $700 guns (me) while there was another customer who was clearly shopping some high dollar 1911s. My little purchase was just as important. I’ve never been in the shop and you could tell the other customer was probably a regular but both Brandon and the other gentleman (didn’t catch his name) were just as welcoming and helpful with me as their regular guy who probably spends tons of money there. I’ve been in retail for 20 years and it’s refreshing to find people who genuinely enjoy what they do and will go out of their way toanswer questions and just shoot the sh*t. ESPECIALLY in an industry that is generally overrun with tacticool experts with poor to no customer service skills. Great job Yeti Firearms! Thanks for creating a gun store that knows how to treat customers and stocks great gear. I found my new go to!
