Tony has the worst customer service ever. Get a job that you enjoy. Then come to find out called different location they have coil in stock when Tony with bad Customer service said thats the coil in high demand going to take couple months. Wow

Horrible product in my opinion, I had one installed and two weeks later it broke down.

The staff here are always ready to help you, very professional and know about customer service. A lot of the people have been there a while and know the product line very well or if not they will get the answers you need. Angel at the counter has helped me out countless times and got me out of some sticky situations. He really knows his stuff and clearly enjoys helping people. Since I work mostly on the west side of town Im waiting for Lennox to open a location out there.

Parts Plus is much easier to deal with. When calling instead of being placed on hold your call will be forwarded to someone available anywhere in the country. This is so nice instead of waiting on hold.
