Ignore whats advertised as the business hours I guess, because when you show up there is a sign on the door letting you know they close 2 hours earlier that whats advertised. The open sign being illuminated? No worries the young ladies working will go shut that off real quick then come back looking like disappointing an 8 year old kids pretty funny.Since when is this how you do business?

I entered your store to complete a very simple transaction, but a to go icecream, pay and leave. Not only did the evening shift employees not have the same requirement for every customer but embarrassed me in front of them. They were a bit busy so half thr customers slipped in ordered and left without wearing a mask but because i was by myself, I was singled out, and was told I could not be in the store without a mask.Now, if you REQUIRE masks, you need to have them AVAILABLE for those customers who dont carry them anymore.Over 6 million Arizona residents have had their vaccine and I am one of them, therefore I do not wear a mask anywhere nowadays.Owner of the 19th and Dunlap basin and robins, if your store policy is to force your customers to wear masks, then you must not be cheap and not have disposable masks available.This was absolutely uncalled for and I will definitely tell everyone I know how I was treated and that your store policy needs to change immediately.

Good ice cream. I tried the green tea ice cream. I have had better green tea ice cream elsewhere (grocery stores and Milk Run). I ordered my favorite scoop and 1 other flavor today. Rainbow Sherbert here is the best in the world. (I would never buy rainbow Sherbert anywhere else unless it was a store package of Baski -Robbins.) The other flavor I got is Lemon Custard. It is a good flavor. Halloween and 31 discount ($1.31 per scoop). I may be off on the cents part, dont have the price memorized.

Posting updated hours is super helpful in these covid times. This store has has these hours for a while. I looked online to check the hours here thinking they changed back but nope... still 6p. Pretty easy task. I just submitted the edit so hopefully Google approves it and changes it so others don’t waste their time

We were unable to get any tasty treats as the hours on google do not state the fact the store now has variable hours and could close anytime after 8.

The people who work their are very helpful and patient. Our youngest was bouncing around and had no idea what she wanted and the woman their just patiently walked her down and taste tested until she got what she absolutely wanted. Helped my wife make the most amazing Banana split. Love BR.

Its a cute little ice cream shop. They have a pretty decent variety of flavors including ones with no sugar added and even dairy free. They usually arent too busy and its chill.

So, it would be super awesome if you would update your hours for the time being. I checked before I came only to find you closed. I am really disappointed. I have been looking forward to this moment all day only to be denied. I get it. COVID-19. But I updated my businesses hours for my clients and potentially clients.

Excellent customer service! The staff at this location has always been awesome. My only issue is the young man making the waffle cones was working without gloves and would walk away to do other task in the store without washing his hands. Staff just needs a reminder to be sanitary when dealing with food.

Betsy was rude and didnt enforce 5 customer limit until I entered while previously there was over 12 customers at once. Policy is not equally enforced

Baskin Robins has great ice cream. I showed up just before the close time. The line was literally out the door. I was hesitant, but the service was excellent and I was waited on in about 5 minutes. The staff was hustling. I can definitely recommend a late night visit.

Great place to take your kid and just talk. If you love ice cream...they have the flavor...it was thr hardest choice hahaha kind of expensive but absolutely delicious and worth it. I love taking my godson here to just shoot the breeze and get brain freeze.

Stopped in at Baskin Robbins . I tried the Banana Royale. It was quite Delicious. And employee was nice.stop on in. they have a variety of choices on ice cream and cones.

It was good love baskin robbins. But only complaint is they didnt have a highchair for my son to sit in so if he wasnt able to sit up mostly unassisted on his own I would have had to hold/carry him the whole time. This is very inconsiderate to families of multiples...

I want to publicly thank Betsy for going above her duties. I had a total knee replacement surgery several months ago, and came into the store with my walker. She volunteered to carry my purchase out to my car for me... and I think today was the second time she did this, because someone did the same for me a couple of weeks ago, but I didn’t catch her name that time. Love this place. Super clean, very professional, the staff recognizes our family when we go in. This Baskin Robbins is the prime example of how a business should be run. The ice cream cakes are amazing! We have had quite a few made for our family events and they are always make with quality and creativity.

I stopped by this location to pick up some Ice Cream for mother in law. To be honest I am not a big fan of the Ice Cream, its not horrible, but its like Churn (A really nice local Ice cream shop) or anything. My Mother in Law loves the Black Walnut, and the Customer service was really good.

I had a hard time making a choice but I went with the Halloween themed ice cream..the staff was super patient with me and I was super happy with my choice despite the chocolate had tasted like garbage🙁

I have gone in a few times and every time I go the flavor I ask for tastes like evey other flavor (not in a good way either) except the one I asked for. They need to do a better job at cleaning the scoops because when they leave them soaking in the water everything mixes and Overpowers the actual ice cream I ordered which grosses me out. It leaves me wondering how often the water is changed if it’s so strong.

Either Baskin has gotten extremely stingy with their toppings or the kid that made my Banana Split didnt know what the hell he was doing! Than when I asked for a little more fudge syurp he wanted to charge me $1.30 extra. As much as I frequent Baskin (40 years total) I probably wont be back. Cold Stone it is!

I cream delicious, customer service went down alot. So I give that 3 🌟 🌟 🌟 and I say that very dissatisfied because at that location it is the same staff for a few years/ months they dont really have a high turn over.. at this location ( I did wait to say something like five other visit to see if they was just off but no) The quality of service have went down over time with the same staff .This location and the 43 Ave and Bell location does have a Tuesday special after 5:30 or 6pm to close on Tuesday nights it called family special were you can get 1 scope for like $1.50 or something like that ( not regular price.... It does get busy during this time)The also have 2 pre package quarts of icream for $10.00 to take home at all times in the freezer.The 75ave and Indian School location does not offer and special but they do take coupons ( all the location take coupons)

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in AMERICA!!!All I wanted was three scoops in a quart size cup and I was told NO because they dont sell ice cream like that ! The shift leader Javier and his co worker insisted they were not going to sell me ice cream the way I wanted so I left very dissapointed. DO NOT come to this Baskin Robbins if you want customer service that comes from third world culture! These are the consequences of our elected politicians selling out America by not enforcing current immigration laws and allowing tens of millions of illegal aliens to invade America ! American quality and customer service becomes extinct from the generations after! I went to the Baskin Robbins on 43rd Ave and Bell road and was glad to see real Americans employees who took my order without any problem and was charged $6.60 for Three scoops in a quart sized container. I told them of my experience at the Dunlap and 19th ave location and they said not to go there anymore and that they would be happy to serve me anytime at the bell road store. My fellow Americans, if you want super great American customer service go to the Baskin Robbins on 43rd Ave and Bell Road.
