She is the nicest person you could ever meet. She took time out of her busy schedule to meet with me, take some pictures and just chat a bit. I will be back to her shop everytime I pass through arizona. Not many people like her anymore She a gem.

Way to expensive…overpriced. Poor flavor.

I just left today 10/17/20. Carmen should not advertise on her Facebook what she doesnt have. She had advertised funnel cakes. When I got to the location the very rude lady shouted it was after 6pm. Nowhere on her advertisement on facebook did it say the time. We used to frequently go when her husband and daughter worked there alot. But now they have a really rude lady there all the time. Maybe the should get her some help because she seems super stressed out and unhappy.

The food was super sus and disgusting 5 stars

Enjoyed the delicious Tacos de pierna, shrimp tacos, shrimp ceviche,and elote y Aqua de Sania and raspados! Everything was delicious!🥰❤

Customer service was horrible here. Lady looked annoyed like I was bothering asking about the flavor ice creams. They couldnt even hear me over the loud music playing on the TV and place smelled like poop. I was grossed out. Will not be going back.

Place is good, way over priced. For a 16oz cup of strawberry and cream $7 bucks. Corn on a stick with about 5-6 toppings they add on your looking to pay close to $4 bucks for a corn on a stick. Place ok, a family of six I paid close to $40 bucks..when I could of order pizza and wings and twelve pack of dr. Peeper...lol

Very welcoming and cute little place. I loved the food and aguas. The torta de pierna I got was huge!!!! And delicious. I also got a paleta de fresas con crema and I was amazing! Definitely recommend this place and the owners are so friendly and kind!!!!

The service was okay. The items are highly overpriced. The toppings on the elote and the raspados were minimal and for the price we paid we really didnt get our money worth. Our first and last visit.

I came to Phoenix and went to Carmens restaurant o8a trip from far away from pamdale ca and on the Facebook of the restaurant it says that it is open we arrived and it was closed and without any sign ☹️ We left sad and angry because we had a craving 😕

I follow Carmen on her YouTube channel and I hoped that the things they sell were good, maybe I have a very demanding palate but everything my family and I asked for tasted like perfume ... I dont know if it is with what they clean or that is Some deodorant because the whole place smells the same. My girl bought cheese and the bag was sticky on the outside and the cheese was stale, in short, everything we bought tasted like perfume. Im very sorry to say it but I had a very bad experience. For supporting the lady, I did not return the things I bought but we did have to throw away. I will no longer go back to your business. I really like Carmen and her family, I will continue to support her by watching her videos.

Very bad experience, the one who attends you is very despotic and rude and is always with her face and the food tastes ugly since most of them are made with ingredients in bad condition and apart from it all the Doritos are very expensive, all lagging behind, the fruit tastes already thrown away lose since it is frozen and Mrs. Carmen Ochoa is irresponsible since she was attending with Covid I never return and everything she sells is not like in her videos everything is smaller and ugly and everything like chocolate and Nutella etc is reduced with water and most of what he sells are stolen recipes that Carmen Ochoa style !!!!!!

Customer service is horrible. The lady has a genius that not even a smile gives you. If they ask him something about the menu, he answers angrily. When I asked him how much something cost he got upset and answered very ugly.If you dont want to serve people why are you working in a place where you have to serve? And prices are too high.Customer service is just terrible. The lady has a really bad attitude. If you cant treat people right, why work somewhere you know you have to deal with customers? You can find better customer service and better food at a cheaper price.

I did not like that the lady had no patience to take our order. I bought a fruit cocktail and the fruits seemed like they had about 2 days in the refrigerator, the dried jicama, I wanted mangoes that they didnt have, they didnt have Lemon snow and I left a mask hanging in the restaurant. It didnt seem like a clean place to me.

The coconut one was very rich, ... but the tamarind, guava and peach ones werent good. Guava doesnt taste like anything, just sugar with water, and tamarind is haggard acid. Those were the ones we tried.

The previous times I had been attended by a very friendly man (I used to recommend people for the friendly service) and the last time I went I was attended by a very despotic lady and she was very lousy (the place was empty I dont think it was because it was very busy) It is not worth mentioning that I will never go to his premises, much less recommend people.

I found out about this place through YouTube, Doña Carmen and her family seem like good and kind people to me but they go several times that I go to the place and a lady who has very bad customer service attends me when one orders something to her until It seems that it bothers him, he never says thank you. I ordered a leg cake and a horchata water. The place is very clean and the employees are very friendly. The food is delicious. I came to the place because I follow her on her YouTube channel and I like her recipes. Sadly there was Mrs. Carmen 8a.
