I heard that Reddy Ice on 40th st and Broadway had an Outbreak of Covid-19 in the last few week of September 2021 and now going into these first 2 weeks into October 2021. It makes you wonder have they told their distributors that has been to their plant on a daily basis that people there at Reddy Ice plant has contracted COVID-19 and for them they distributors to be safe and cautious in wearing masks and maybe so even gloves.

REDDY ICE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CANT DELIVER THE ICE TO THE RIGHT ICE BOXES AND THEN WANT CUSTOMERS TO WAIT FOR UP TO 48 HOURS TO GET THE ICE DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT LOCATION WHEN ITS ON THE SAME JOB SITE. WE LIVE IN AZ ITS FREAKING HOT AND THE GUYS OUT IN THE HEAT ALL DAY SHOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEIR MESS UP. YOU CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET ATTITUDE FROM THE REPS. ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR AND CONVIENT ALL OF THEM ARE IN A MEETING AT ONCE. LEAVE MESSAGE AND NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK. DONT ASK FOR A SUPERVISORS DIRECT EXTENSION BECAUSE YOU CANT LEAVE MESSAGES BECAUSE THE LINE ISNT LIVE. WHAT KIND OF BS IS THAT. WOULD RECOMMEND FINDING SOMEONE ELSE TO USE. ITS NOT WORTH THE HEARTACHE.

The best at having horrible customer/delivery service. The ice chest was 4 weeks late. Who doesnt love that ? Nearly impossible to get ice, which again is a great thing. Unbelievable how great they are at nothing.

Reddy Ice was our ice supplier for many years then, WITHOUT WARNING, our ice freezer was taken away and 3/4 of a PALLET of ice was left out in my shop yard to melt. We live in Arizona so it didn’t last long. After a week of calling around trying to find someone to care and getting passed off to several different people, I was told that we wouldn’t be supplied anymore. Needless to say, this is the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere. I highly recommend going with another ice supplier.

These guys are awesome. They always do a great job getting me loaded very quick. Wish more places were like this one.

I have 3 Besneses and I get different price on every one so now I have to pay $2.49 for bag of ice of 10 lb so haw much I sale that to my customers and I call this company and I talk to sum body he didn’t help and I asked hit to transfer my phone call to a manager but he hung up the phone on my face

If you need ice, dont go to the store, COME HERE!!! Its cheper an fresh from the manufacturer. Plus they got that great cubed ice.

Does anyone else experience white flakes floating in their water glass when using this ice? This ice plus Auquafina water in a clean cup produces white flakes at the bottom of the glass.

They treat there drivers and they push there drivers over the top gun limit. They dont care for there driver
