The company I work for has been using Cintas for years. We never have any problems. Rogelio is always on the spot and always asks if there is anything he can do to make things better. He is very prompt, courteous, communicative and always completes his work. I never have to worry about our company going without. He is a fine young man and an asset to Cintas.

These guys really do an awesome job! My service rep shows up consistently on time and makes sure to check in with me each time before he leaves. He performs quality service for my facility and outfits my staff with clean uniforms every time. Cintas is better than the rest of their competitors in my mind. Switching to them was a good move!

Do not work with Cintas. They will short you on services and ensure they bill you for them. I had to drive products over to my second facility multiple times because the driver did not. We had multiple weeks where we were being billed for services not received and when you call their accounting department? All you get told is to discuss with your driver IN PERSON forcing you to try and handle things without any sort of paper trail allowing them to ignore responsibility. They refuse to take responsibility for anything and do not back up their own drivers. They are arrogant and rude and it is honestly such a shame because their employees doing the actual work are great! If you are a small company looking for an option for uniform service, rags, etc. the only recommendation i will give you is to NOT CALL CINTAS. Call anyone else first. If you work with them you will honestly regret it. They are unorganized and rude and they only person that loses out on anything is you and your company. Cintas does not care about you.

I have to say that we had a different service provider at the beginning of the year. Words cannot express how happy I am that we made the switch. Crisitan our account executive is AMAZING!!! Our route technician Josh is phenomenal. They are so on top of all of their inventory. I love how they have answers and their first response isnt I dont know. They explain everything in detail so that I understand. I am so thankful.

We shopped around for a uniform supplier for our office service staff. Cintas provided a very reasonable rate and a quality product. Our staff does extensive work in the healthcare industry, so a clean and professional appearance is important. Jay has been our customer service contact and has been excellent to work with. Anytime that we have had any issues or needed anything special, Jay has been very quick to respond and has been very friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend Cintas for uniform services.

OUR COMPANY HAS HAD TERRIIBLE EXP TRYING GET UNIFORMS ON TIME LEFT CALLS STILL NO UNIFORMS.

My husband was about to be there 2 years with the company. He was terminated due to miscommunication with his absences through the HR (CHRISTINA SHOEMAKER ) ! He didn’t receive his orientation. His first check wasn’t given to him. He went to her regarding the check she said “that’s weird, we’ll just have to deal with it on Monday “ mind you that was on a Friday ! He was never given his annual review. Whenever you’d try to reach her she wouldn’t answer the phone and call back days after. Or she’d rarely be in the office. My husband spoke to her regarding money he contributed in a program they have for the employees, all she had told him she knew nothing regarding him receiving the money he contributed . When we had medical issues going on he had to call out and when he’d call out he’d try to contact her but she would never be in the office . It really does suck because my husband really cared about the company and the people he worked with (2nd shift production) .

This place is no good .MyLands scapingcompany send 11 uniforms to wash pants and shirts and they bring less shirts than pants or less pants than shirts. They Mess up shirts they send shirts without logo sign of my company and they charge you even if you dont send uniforms to wash. sometimes uniforms are not well washed .

I left Uni First for accounting issues, so I hire Cintas they talked a good game. Well 7 weeks for uniforms, always run out of shop rags, parts cleaner not serviced etc... Well had enough no joke one thing after another so I call to cancel my service to go with another company, Im told cant do that Im under contract at which I knew was coming. I stated my beef ah give us this that etc... Mind you Im on speaker and my customer is like they wont take no for an answer so said no for the last time and this sucks you have to take routes like this to get a contract voided, but made fun of the guy etc.. Well I get a call short time later from this lil Weasel hes like Im releasing you out of your contract but he wants me to drain parts cleaner that there company is to service prior to pick up, I said no and another thing I said I want a email stating I will be free and clear of my contract. We will call him weasel said no and went on further to say our legal team will contact you, man did I about die laughing here Im thinking man this dude is a weasel and he confirms it right before my eyes!!! Good Stuff. Seriously if you can wait 7 weeks for uniforms, constant running out of rags and not servicing there equipment use this company. There screw ups are clearly communication errors but want consumer to pay and do without for there mistakes. Cintas is Amazing!

My wife was going to work on the 99th floor and Van Buren, I was very excited to start that work. She was sent for tests at the Thunderbird LABCORP clinic and the test twice gave diluted urine ... We dont even know what it means. CINTAS does not look at the bad reviews that clinic has. My wife has never consumed anything harmful. He was a victim of the negligence and ineptitude of these people. The exams went back to the clinic for another job and OBVIOUS everything was fine. Just waste of time.
