Don’t order from this website for your own convenience.Never dealt with any company with such low efficiency, amateur & awful customer service. Waited 5 months end up canceling our order.

Worst and slowest company ever, with the lowest efficient customer service!!I wouldn’t buy from them if I wouldn’t need to. Believe it not, I ordered something early April but still haven’t receive by end of August.

Prices are fair, but the turnaround is unacceptable for a retail establishment. I always try to patronize non-amazon companies, but when youre trying to get a display setup in your showroom you need your products asap, and 3 days for an order confirmation and over 2 weeks to ship just isnt going to cut it, particularly when the website specifically says the item your purchasing generally ships in a day. Maybe the brick and mortar is better, but I simply cannot recommend them for cyber customers.EDIT: responded to my one star rating and overnighted my product. Appreciate the prompt response, just wish it didnt get that far in the first place. Will consider for future purchases.

Excellent service. They were not even open for the day, not to mention open for customers. Yet they still helped with an order that I had to place online in the parking g lot as they were not allowing customers inside due to the virus. Again they still helped me. I would recommend them to any one.
