My husband and I LOVE Home Depot and like any other couple, during our visit we were approached by a very nice worker to take a survey about my tap water. He stated if we agreed to take it we would be in a drawing to win a 25 dollar gift card. Well we received a call stating that we were selected but in order to receive the card a guy had to come out and test our filtration in our tap water. Well, he got here and it was a whole sale pitch that we were not made aware of !! We were educated on tap water but my whole point is after all of that, we didn’t even receive the gift card!!! We solely agreed to take the just the survey because of the gift card!! He had given us some alternative with some open box of something he had in his car. Would not have expected this from Home Depot.

Great place to pick stuff up

Dont go here its not open to the public. There is no one in the waiting room to help you and the button to press for help doesnt work. I waited and waited for someone to tell me I couldnt get parts for a water heater because I dont have an account. How nice is that? Waste of freaking time.

We had a delivery appointment at 08:00 am right now is 12:20 and still there. Our truck was the only one on deck. We can’t believe they are taking more than 4 hours to unload a trailer. They don’t care because they are getting pay by hours. So disappointed never go back again
