I was not sure if I should give a 2 or a 3 star but I went with 3 because the new pots they gave us look nice. You may be wondering why I took some stars off?? We ordered two pots from Phoenix Precast (PP) and upgraded to the Charcoal Brown color. We were told there could be some slight variation when it came to the exact color. Well...take a look at the pictures I posted where the circular pot is what we thought we were getting from a color standpoint and the square pot is what we actually got - its literally black with a SLIGHT hint of brownish/reddish. I also included another picture of the sample color where we went with the one on the right. PP told me that the painter who worked on my pot has been a little heavy handed when it came to adding these types of colors. Not sure if they are heavy handed or color blind because those colors do not even sit next to each other on the color wheel. PP said they would have replaced them but now there is a national shortage for the type of color we choose so we would need to select another option. All other options were less expensive compared to what we bought so one would think they would refund us the difference, right? Well, not without us going back and forth a few times and having to bring on a managers manager to set things right. They did end up refunding us the difference which was the right thing to do to begin with. But why 2 stars??? The icing on the cake is that they charged us a restocking fee of $115. They would not budge on this but they did say they could take that from our refund so we would not have to pay them anymore money...how thoughtful of them!We did end up ordering 2 new pots and they look great but Im not sure if I would do business with this company again when it comes to more custom type orders.

Purchased 2 scupper bowls from Phoenix precast in 2019. Bowls developed hairline cracks in 2020 and eventually started leaking all the way through in 2021. Called them and sent pictures, but they only offer a one year warranty, which has expired and they will not cover workmanship issues past that. These bowls were not cheap to be replacing every year or two. For that reason, I will be looking for a different product from different manufacturer that will hopefully hold up longer.

Phoenix Precast has terrific selection for outside and inside decor. Their prices are very reasonable and lower then many other places I have gone to. Working on a new house we just purchased and trying to save as much as I can. They really do have great selection and variety.

Phoenix Precast Products has so many items and I recently got some flat caps and using them as stepping stones and they turned out amazing! I love them and the way they make my yard feel. I also got some planters and the color and quality of them exceeded my expectations. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend all my friends and family here!

The useless help of a man who was running your business today (Saturday) was by far the worst customer service person ever. I’ve never wanted more to get my money back and go somewhere else. I was told to pick my merchandise up today. And because the loading guy “was not there today” there was absolutely nothing he could do. The restraint alone I had to endure for someone being so useless was mind blowing. This dude should be fired. Please get better employees who actually care about your business and how they treat people.

I will never do business with this company again. They still owe my client money for a product they told them not to order until we got the installation issue resolved. After months of back and forth they decide they cant do the installation and now they are forcing my client to pay a restocking fee and are not responding to emails. They have taken their money and have still not refunded them. Worst company I have dealt with ever. There is a reason they are not members of the BBB. Highly unethical and certainly not customer focused.

Was also amazed that a stone fountain can be purchased and have any one of 25 different colors to match with your outside decor or inside decor depending on where you plan to place youre fountain, statue or large vase. For assortment and reasonable pricing, stop by and take a look. No obligation and no high sales pitches. Only helpful staff.

Horrible customer service experience. I was quoted 10 working days for my order. Called 3 times, ship date slipped each time by a week. Now after 5 weeks, I had to call twice and never could et my salesperson, Trevin to return my call and the nice lady answering the phone finally confoirmed my order was ready. 5 weeks NOT 10 days.

Awful experience . Purchased paid full in Jan installed in May. The install was absolutely terrible and spouts not all running . We fixed it ourselves. Sold us a float changed their policy did not tell us so the fountain was not set up for that and not configured to take a float. We have to fill by hand. Did not bring pad when they came to install. They are not competent. Ho else where.

The fountain selection here has clearly been on a downward spiral over the past couple years but, my husband and I were still able to find an awesome piece for our patio at a more than reasonable price! The employees here are great people who are definitely knowledgeable about their merchandise.

Danny was exceptionally helpful throughout the process of purchasing and fine tuning my order. I ordered from out of town and he gave me detailed information about the products. They arrived exactly when he said they would. I had an issue with the the way part of my order turned out and he resolved it in a way that far exceeded my expectations. I wouldnt hesitate to use Phoenix Precast again.

Update - went back to look at fountains and the sales person Mary Ellen was very helpful. They informed me that they had a home sale special on their fountains for 30% off but since I was going to buy that day she would give me 30% off. Have a much better feeling now about this company.Great store with a large variety. However the problem is they don’t feel it necessary to match local competitors. I wanted to place a special order for a Massarelli garden statue. I told them a local store had it 50 dollars cheaper. Spoke with Danny and another sales person and they both informed me they do not price match. Although they are cheaper than the Green Goddess, if you want the same products Southwest Garden Arts has the ability to order anything they have or they can order much cheaper. The sales person Jo is so helpful there at Southwest Garden. I would recommend this store for browsing, however, when it is time to purchase look elsewhere because you can find the same items much cheaper in the valley. What business does not price match anymore?

Ended up purchasing a two piece fire/BBQ place.

We have purchased a fountain, garden art, and a table with benches. All pieces are top quality and look great. We will be heading back for some pots.

I needed some heavy duty pots for a client. They have lots of pots, water features, benches, etc. A little out of the way, but worth the trip!

I purchased 5 planters and 2 scuppers for retail pricing, or $1355.32 to be exact. I called and explained that they should have been purchased under Gomez Landscaping LLC, which he called and said his price was $48 cheaper each, or $350 total. So I was told that was too bad since it was already prepaid. I will never buy anything from this establishment again and hope nobody else does that reads this review.

The quality of work is really well-defined. Precasters should take notice of this. Beautiful designs and decorations lovely for indoor and outdoor patios.

Ive purchased a few products from PHX Precast (large planters, benches, and fountain). It truly gets addicting because of the durability and the helpful staff. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to update their home or business.

I ordered four 30 high vases at $202 a piece. I ordered the tan color with sandblasting finish knowing those are special order and can not be returned. A friend picked them up for us and delivered them to our home. Upon arrival my wife noticed the vases were not tan, not even close. They were purple, actually between pink and plum. Now we are stuck with purple vases in our southwest back yard.
