The installation crew was also fabulous. They showed up on time, were communicative throughout when I had questions, and they did a superb job. We had our front and backyard done, and the install was completed in 1 day. My wife and I can’t stop admiring our new lawn and highly recommend Purchase Green.

If you are looking for artificial turf no doubt you have first started online and or stopped at the home show to try and navigate the multitude of companies out there. That is exactly what I did. The images attached are of my backyard. I am a real customer and I was not incentivized by this company.First the product:After touching literally 200 samples at the home show I found this little booth with a rack of maybe 12 samples and without a doubt the AZ Platinum Spring was the best touch and barefoot feel (that is the the long turf you see in the images). It looks real with multiple blade sizes and brown fibers inlaid closer to the base. Very soft and fun. We have been watching outdoor movies and its very comfortable to lay on directly or with a beach towel and pillow. I have managed to last 30 minutes into every movie before falling asleep on this stuff. The putting green is Emerald Putting Green with Southwestern Sod Sport fringe. Putting green putts true and has held chips hold nicely. I wanted some contour and a flow that complimented our mature trees and they showed up with some cool ideas (slopes, curves and grades). As they were laying down the base to the putting green they stopped to include me in the design and ideas to make sure it was going to play to expectations (hole placements and slopes). To sum it up, excellent!Install and Service:Absolutely perfect! Ask for Bobby, tell him what you are looking for and you are pretty much finished. The crew showed up every morning and after the install the yard and front of the house was meticulously cleaned.I pretty much leave reviews only when a product or service is garbage but this was a big decision and by no means cheap so just trying to help anyone that might be in the same boat.

Great experience and super friendly!I had been planning to get this done for a while and I did a bit a research about the process, their website has some good information on what the process is and what should be done as part of the prep and what you should look for so you will want to read this.I received quotes from a few different companies and while I could have gotten it done a little cheaper I chose them based on their customer feedback and reviews and it was the right call.They did exactly what I wanted and were done in one day. (560 SF with the VISTA 70 Grass) Their warranty is respectable and you will want to factor that in your decision as well. Erin and Bobby were both a great help and I am very happy I did this and went with them

Completed a lot of research and had 4 bids from different turf vendors and found Bobbi and the Purchase Green team the easiest to work with. They had the best products and competitive pricing. The install team took their time and completed the job on time

UPDATE 5/15/21: It took a Google review to get this fake grass company’s attention. Bobby apologized and blamed Erin for the miscommunication. I wouldn’t do business with this “company” even if they offered me a discount. Please do your research and read this before going with Purchase Green Artificial Grass. Businesses need a wake up call that customers are not going to continue being flexible. You want my money, you need to do the work and be on time. Too many other options out there.I’m leaving this review in hopes that other potential customers don’t share the same experience I had. I spoke with Erin and scheduled an appointment for May 12th 2021 between 2p-3p for Bobby to show samples and provide a timeframe as to when the project for my front yard would start. Based on the Google reviews I was ready to simply use PGAG and not shop around. After waiting a few hours following the scheduled appointment I called and spoke with Erin who reassured me that Bobby would be here but was running late. I then called at 7pm as I needed to leave my house for a little bit. I spoke with a very nice lady who is the after hours assistant and assured me she would escalate this up to the executive team. Today, May 13th, I left a voicemail asking for an update in hopes to reschedule. I have yet to hear back from this “company”. While $2k-$3k might not be a large enough job, the lack of customer service, respect for other’s time, and follow up is something I have never experienced before. There are good companies out there, you just need to put a little effort into finding them. It appears when this company shows up they do great work. I hope they use this review as an educational opportunity.

Bobby and his team did a great job in getting us moved from a natural grass to an artifical turf. His team was on time, hard working, left everything clean. They were very detailed where they cut the turf around the nooks and crannies of the paving stones. Looks great. They have a lot of options available in the store for various kinds of turf.

I only gave 2 starts because the grass is very nice, however buyer beware with this company doing the install!! I was originally quoted a price for almost 1200 sq ft., I then had somethings change and needed 1050 sq ft instead. I called and Bobby gave me a new quote over the phone for the grass and install. When the install company came they charged me the original quote price for 1200 sq ft. Bobby then sent over the original quote saying that is what I have to pay. Lesson learned always get everything in writing. This company will screw you too! Not to mention the installer called Bobby and said in front of me hey are you mixing up your numbers again man so clearly this has been an ongoing issue. Disappointed to say the least, do not trust them.

Bobby worked with me to clear up all misunderstandings I originally encountered. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and would recommend Purchase Green to anyone looking to install turf.
