Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in the industry! Absolutely horrific!

One piece of long lumber that we are suppose to get last week and we are still waiting for it. Slow company and we just found out it’s going to be another 7 to 10 business days to receive it. Never again with this company and service.

Set up the appointment at 08:00 told me they don’t see it gave me an excuse do to short staff they set it at 09:00 12:00 was unloaded. Suggestion to the mngr. can’t keep up with appt. STOP SETING THEM!!

Appointment was at 8.00 am reached there at 7.00 am but was told we had no appointment time scheduled they set us at 10.30 but got unloaded at 1.30 pm because that particular fork driver had something else to do
