This company has the potential to be one of the best machine shops in all of Arizona but unfortunately it has a few bad apples and the lack of communication have made it almost impossible to succeed (unless you have family working there to save your butt) Ive watched hard-working people get fired without even having one write up. A big part of getting better at your job or preparing for the future is when youre told what youre doing wrong so you can fix it and improve your work. That WILL NOT HAPPEN HERE. Youll simple be fired. I miss a lot of people at C.A.D. and it really does have some of the coolest managers and workers around but Id still recommend somewhere other than this place.

This place is a sweat shop...stay away..!
