Bunger Steel supplied me with a 120 x 220 covered riding arena. The quality was perfect and the company I hired to assemble it said it was excellent. Bunger was very helpful with local codes and engineering requirements and their pricing was impossible to beat.

Picked up a small order from Bunger Steel this morning, and never having done this before, was not prepared to properly tie down the material. The gentleman who loaded my order, Orlando, went above and beyond to help me. He was obviously very busy but took the time to secure the load and was so pleasant and helpful. Great employee, Bunger! Hang on to Orlando!

So far unimpressed. I sent an e-mail, I got a reply that included a form where I get to sketch a pic of what I want. Also a phone # if I have any questions, I called and the girl I talked to sent me the same form. I cannot draw anything, the phone call got me right back to where I started. I think I will look elsewhere for a metal building.

As a business I had a great Experience using Bunger steel. I needed a building erected Promptly. In the middle of restoring vehicles its hard to stop and move everything into a new building. Bunger steel made that happen quickly. 3 days for permit 5 days for concrete, 7 days to erect the 5000sq ft. Shop. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I waited over an hour for them to bring the first part of my order out. Then, another hour for them to finish bringing my small order out. Ridiculous.

All make it a happy experience to get materials for my jobs, as well as get me going back on the road loaded up to the jobsite..Hands down why I will drive a bit further and know I wont be let down. My experience doing business with Bunger Steel was fantastic even in this tough time of COVID-19. As a design, pre engineered DYI build the materials we delivered in a timely fashion. Any issues or questions that came up were addressed and resolved in a timely manner.Besides myself and several homeowners in my neighborhood and also the people that passed by all were impressed with the quality and appearance but most of all was the cost . Big thanks to Bunger Steel, i as able to pick up the product the same day, although my project was small they still accommodated me like I was doing a giant one. I want to start off by saying true friendly customer is very rare these days, when I walked in the front door the lady behind the desk greeted me with a giant smile, maybe it was my newly fresh hair cut or just plain ol good customer service, anyhow, she directed me to Will call for help, JP walked me along the ordering process, he was friendly and accommodating to the max, again very rare to have this type of service, in my mind I’m thinking, sweet ok now I’m 2 for 2, lady up front and guy at will call we’re both super friendly, maybe it wasn’t my hair cut after all(I still think it was 😉) anyhoo, JP gave me a printed quote and after paying, within 10 minutes the order was ready, I pulled up around the back and the guy on the forklift loaded me up, even the guy outside in 115 degree sunshine on the forklift was very friendly and wasn’t in a rush to get me out of there. Got loaded up and as I was strapping everything down I big guy in Honky Tonk cowboy boots took matters in his own hands and put a red flag at end of my trailer as I had a big extension from material and needed this for my ride home. He didn’t hesitate to help me and was really friendly, ok so now that I am loaded up, strapped down I get in my truck and while driving home I thought about how businesses these days lack true friendly customer service, going 4 for 4 today with everyone from start to finish was Absolutely amazing and it made for a very pleasant drive home. All in all I am very thankful for the help I received from Bunger. I have a few pieces I need to finish up the carport with and you already know where I’ll go to finish my project.Thanks again to everyone that helped me today at Bunger.

This entire experience with Bunger has been horrid. Between not having calls returned, missed deadlines, and then sitting in the loading yard for close to an hour and a half waiting to pick up a load that was supposedly ready 2 days ago, this company is obviously run by inept leaders. I can’t believe they stay in business with service like this, and I’ll make sure they don’t get my business or that of my friends ever again. The overall attitude of EVERYONE that I’ve talked to at this business is indifferent and unconcerned. I asked to speak to someone in charge and was referred to Sergio, who was part of the problem. Never again. Bunger Steel needs a training course on customer service.

Have to say Mike gives the impression of being inept at returning emails, especially with a potential big project. I can see why the reviews here are low. Done wasting my time here.

I always use these guys for my projects. I love that they make their own profiles, and can cut the panels to any length upon request, which really helps with waterproofing details and saves a lot of money on labor. The also have a great selection of historic sheet metal profiles like the R panel.

They try to charge extra after project is completed, horrible experience! Ive been told by a neighbor they did same to them.

I always enjoy working with Bunger Steel. Ive used other local suppliers in the past, and their customer service does not compare. This review will sound like more of a condemnation of their competitor(s), but I got tired of waiting an hour in their yard for someone to finally dig out my order, which was often dirty and dinged up. Bunger always gets you in and out and their materials are clean, wrapped and ready. Staff is friendly, patient, and helpful.

Horrible customer service, dont expect to reach anyone you need to talk to, they are never in the office, and dont return phone calls. No one knows what is going on and deadlines?? forget it... they dont know what they are!!! After epic disappointment we chose not to move forward with Bunger. Buyer Beware!!
