I recently put my van in that shop for a tuneup, oil change and transmission service. First of all they kept it for more than a week. They were very hard to reach when I wanted to ask why it was taking longer than I expected. When I finally reached the person in charge I was given pickup times that were not met. When I got it back the person in charge encouraged me not to have the transmission serviced. He said it was one quart low on fluid and that he just added one quart. I was charged $250 for a tuneup and oil change. Within less than 48 hours with little driving I carefully checked everything and found that they definitely did not perform those repairs. I had the same old oil, oil filter, distributor cap etc. Immediately after leaving the shop I drove my van enough to get the transmission fluid hot enough for a proper fluid level check. It was in fact one quart low. If I had taken his word I could have blown my transmission. Also note that the owner never responded to my complaint to the BBB. This should be interpreted as an admission of guilt and/or a sign of a business that is not professionally managed. When he finally responded to my complaint to the Az Ag Office there was falsehood and denial of having stolen $250.00 from me. I think that late response was just a common bad business practice. The owner probably thought I had forgotten about it by that time and would no longer address the issue. If I had failed to respond, that would have validated the bad business practice. IF YOU USE THIS SHOP DO NOT JUST PAY AND TAKE YOUR VEHICLE WITHOUT INSPECTING THE OLD PARTS.
No one will aswer the phone and when you do they will hang up on you if you speak english. DO NOT GO TO UNLESS YOU LOVE HORIBLE SERVICE.
