Have been going to Foot Solutions for several years. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I usually have Matt help me as he is the one I started with and is very knowledgeable about the feet. If I had started going here sooner my feet would probably be in better condition. When your feet hurt, you hurt all over. My new orthotics have made a difference.

Outstanding service and products. Ive had custom orthodics for years now and they are a life changer. Recently had to get a heel lift too which is a specialized product that Matthew set me up with for an outstanding price.He was very friendly and consultative in his approach as he detailed how to ease into the product. I had a great experience at this location. Matt took great care of me and was very patient while I was describing the foot pain I wanted to address. He showed me multiple insoles and shoes that would help with my plantar fasciitis. I bought a pair of insoles and already feel the difference! I have been buying Finn Comfort shoes from Foot Solutions for many years, as exhibited by my ten-year plus sandals that I wore into your store last week. Your staff (Matthew) was attentive, very helpful and reviewed a source of the shoe that I wanted that unfortunately they did not have. He located one pair, somewhere in the US and is having them sent to their store for pickup. Th store is awaiting renovation so was not as abundant in samples as usual. I will ALWAYS go to Foot Solutions, because they are the only shoe store that can accomodate my foot problems. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

We went in today and had probably the most interactive shopping experience ever. Matt was super knowledgeable and helped us get what we went in for and gave us direction for the future of our foot comfort journey. His associate was also awesome and came out with these really nice orthopedic flip flops while we were waiting and they were the comfiest lip flops ever. Between the knowledge we were provided with and the excellent customer service, we are sure to be coming back to foot solutions very soon .

Foot Solutions is always there for us. My wife, son and myself have been using their services since we moved to Arizona. They have provided orthotics for all of us at various times and we now purchase all of our footwear at Foot Solutions. Everyone at Foot Solutions is friendly, competent, and genuinely interested in solving foot problems we have. They demonstrate that they really want to keep our business. More businesses in Phoenix need to have that attitude.

Three years ago, my doctor told me I needed to get some well made shoes so I can walk without pain. I did some research and found Foot Solutions in Phoenix on 2340 W Bell Road. When I walked in, Matt greeted me with personal warmth and asked how he could help me. I told him my painful foot story; he mentioned that the store custom makes insoles. He had me stand on a device that measure every detail of my foot! I picked out the shoes I wanted. He bought those out and some that he thought might support my foot better. Wow, does Matt knows his stuff! All the ones I wanted were uncomfortable; I tried the pair he thought would cradle my feet best. He put them on my feet and I was amazed! I never had shoes fit properly in the past; I just thought I had to live with it! Two years ago I brought in my adult special needs daughter and she loved Matt right away! He talked to her and measured her feet much to her happiness! We left with shoes for her and another pair for me! Matt is the one I will always ask for! I just saw him last week to purchase another pair of shoes. I told him I am walking normally and with out pain! He told me to come in any time I needed adjustment and asked how Michelle was doing! He has a big heart. He also is very knowledgeable about what kind of shoes are best for your feet! I trust no one else!

Kim had me try on different shoes and put insoles in them for to see which felt the best. I’ve had pain in my insteps for over two years. In the past I saw a podiatrist which did nothing for my pain. Then I’ve had injections in the top of my feet which helped a little.Also went to another foot shoe store two years ago and spent over $1,000. For arch supports that didn’t fit my foot like they should have, and made my pain worse. The shoes from Foot Solutions have reduced my pain by 90%. I’m so thankful I found Kim at this store because she sure knows feet! I will go back to this store when I need shoes.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff.Follow-up: I just picked up some shoes which Foot Solutions Phoenix stretched well for comfort, and bought a new pair that Foot Solutions provided which may be the most comfortable pair of sneakers Ive ever had, really fit my feet well and can accommodate my orthotics.

Good selection of stuff. They actually had some nice kicks in my size (which is sometimes hard to find, since I have small feet). Busy on weekends though - be prepared to fight your way through the crowd to find someone to help you out. Once you get their attention theyre pretty friendly and helpful.

I visited this store in January, Kim introduced herself to me and helped fit me with the best shoes possible, digitally imaging my soles with special equipment, she advised the best orthotic insert and carefully customized it for best fit, I couldnt be happier. I needed to have some adjustments made and George helped me recently. Super friendly and helpful and resolved my issue, and generous to take time to modify my older foot orthotics. I highly recommend their services, they carry nice quality shoes.

Went to the Foot Solutions on Bell Rd today...nobody was wearing masks although the person helping me did put one on after I encouraged him to do so. Having said that....they are very helpful and have a caring staff...too bad they didnt get the memo on Covid 19
