Kurt was BEYOND helpful with my car troubles!! I had two bulbs out that not only did he find me the correct bulb, but he changed them for me right there, free of charge! He also recommended and applied the light grease that I didn’t even know was a thing. Will definitely be coming back and many thanks to Kurt!!!

I had a headlight out and I expected to buy one and change it myself, but one of the employees here put it in for me! It was very kind of him!

Love this place!! Wonderful employees here. Dan helped me pick out the right wiper blades, saved me money and helped me put them on. What a gem! Even the store manager came to help with one of the blades that was rusted and difficult to take off. I absolutely recommend this place if you want friendly and honest service.

Staff is always helpful. Mask mandate for customers and employees not enforced nor followed. Only carries Sylvania automotive bulbs, no other brands (boo), but overall good store. If you dont see the oil you want on the shelf, ask, they have others in back. Stocks AC Delco parts.

When my husbands car battery died a few weeks ago, we found out that AutoZone will test your battery for free. I proactively had them check mine too. My battery is going bad as well. They said when the car sits around for a long time, like now with the pandemic, that can contribute to the battery going bad faster, especially with parasitic computer systems constantly draining a little energy. The service technician was very courteous and helpful. Glad I was able to take care of this before I had a dead battery in a really inconvenient place. Highly recommend getting your battery checked too!

With my only transport being my motorcycle, I went into this auto-zone today for a new battery for it. It was a very COLD day, so cold I had lost feeling in my fingertips, and it was a mix of rain and snow coming down at the same time. (Other auto part store in town) didnt have what I needed, so I asked here. Thats when Richard Brown came in to assist. He told me where the batteries where kept, then showed me where the batteries where, he then checked online to make sure I had the correct one for my model of motorcycle, and even tossed on his coat and went outside with me to check and make sure it was the correct battery that was already in my motorcycle. After buying the battery I went to install it in the parking lot, and it got stuck in my frame. I went in to ask for help, and he quickly put on his jacket again to go out in the freezing cold to help. He went above and beyond his call of duty for this job and helped me push and pull that battery until it fit in right in the frame. All while in the cold rain/snow. Without his help, I would have been stuck in the cold rain/snow with an exposed battery. Thanks to Richard Brown I got my battery installed, my motorcycle started and got home safe. It made my day worth it for going out in the cold for all the help and service he provided.Thank you . I will be back if I ever need anything else.

The location of the Phoenixville store is perfect. Easy in easy out! Every time I enter this store I’m being helped immediately. I have been to this store twice in a week. Both times we were approached by very knowledgeable staff. I don’t know the mans name who helped us out last time. He was an older man. He was very nice and helped us by windshield repair glue. He helped me sign up for a rewards program.I feel like everyone is your friend. Today, I needed windshield wipers for my car. Jamie Briggs was the most helpful worker I could have spoken to today. He looked up which blades I needed. He didn’t just tell me the numbers to look for. He helped me find the correct size. He even suggested which ones to get. He noticed he didn’t have the correct size, but he went in the back to double check and he didn’t have my size he solved the problem by showing me a comparable product. The kindness doesn’t end there.I asked Jamie if he could help me by putting them on my car. He was happy to help me out. It’s such a pleasure to go to a store where the workers care about you and want to make sure you had a great experience. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Great help when you need anything but disapointed in stock. This is a NEW store and 2 light bulbs I went for had None on their hooks. Also their paint selection poor. I am a fan of Autoz one but this store is not starting out well.I drove to Exton Store to get my bulbs.

Stopped in for a new battery. Everyone was super helpful, most especially Lou! I didn’t expect to have help replacing it, but Lou went above & beyond! Temps were cold that day & the job took a little longer than expected, yet he still continued with a smile! Very thankful for all of the help!

Stopped by today to get a battery replacement through my warranty after another location couldnt find my warranty info. Jamie, the store manager, was adamant on making everything right and did so 110% . Kurt also helped to get everything squared away with the installation. Kudos to these guys!

Just stopped by AutoZONE to see about getting a battery for our Honda Civic. Spoke to Lou and he was GREAT. Before he just sold me a battery he grabbed the tester and verified that is what we actually needed. Battery tested BAD and he hooked me up with a new battery and even replaced and took the old battery.Highly recommend, the staff is great, especially Lou. Thanks for the assist. Will be back.

My wiper blades were not long for this world and needed to get a replacement pair fast. Called AutoZone PVille and asked if they carried wiper blades and also if they could put on my car. They said “yes and sure”! When I got there was a rep who helped me find the sizes I needed (cause the manual was of no help) and WALKED me to their inventory which was extensive. Found what I needed and the manager even came out and replaced them for me and was super nice. Thanks guys for all the help! I’m ready for the rain this week!

I was over at Wawa trying to put air in my tire and for some reason the Wawa air pump wasn’t working properly and was draining my air out of the tires I went over to AutoZone but they don’t have an actual pump but the manager Jamie was kind enough to come outside in the cold with his portable air pump! It was greatly appreciated!

We stopped in to get a new battery for my moms car. We usually go to Pep Boys but decided to give the new local auto parts store a try. The gentleman that helped us was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He installed the battery right in the parking lot, in the cold weather. We were on our way in 15 minutes!! Will not shop anywhere else for our auto parts/supplies needs.

Went there today with a proposal oil issue Richard Brown helped me out so much he clarified with the actual issue was that it also check my oil for me and also install some lights for free LOL I would definitely recommend this AutoZone to anyone needing any type of car issue and when you come and ask for mr. Pulled into the parking lot at 7:30pm on a weekday a few months ago with a headlight out. Sign says the place closes at 9pm but I find the fella running the place locking up and leaving, so I ask what gives and explain that I could get pulled over for my headlight to which his only response was, sorry bud. Not a very professional way to run a place and very disappointing. This is why I never buy from your stores and prefer your competitors; your employees dont care at any of your locations in my experience.
