Today my daughter got her first piercing at chaos Piercing. From start to finish it was a great experience. The studio is beautiful and everyone is super nice. Bridget our piercer was amazing. She was super professional and explained everything before the piercing. She stayed calm even when my daughter got a bit squirmy when the needle went in. My daughter especially liked the lollipop at the end🍭❤️ The piercing looks beautiful. We will definitely be back

Went to Chaos piercing with my 11 year old daughter on the recommendation of a friend after two failed piercing attempts in previous years at mall type piercing places. Bridget was knowledgeable. Identified the problem. Helped my daughter feel calm and comfortable. Great selection of earrings that were hypoallergenic. Clean shop. All around great experience. Great aftercare information. I can’t think of one negative thing about this place. Only wish we knew about it sooner!

Helpful and responsive. She is energetic and has been in the industry for a long time. She helped me with a piercing done wrong by Pagoda Piercing. I got my cartilahe/earlobe piercing by Britney but I moved slightly for one of my ear which caused it to be off-place a bit and she handled it professionally. After 1 week of agonizing pain, I went to see her. She was very responsive the whole time whenever I would reach out to her. She evaluated and provided me with options. I cannot wait to have it done again, heal, and then get another piercing. She is professional and I will be going back for my cartilage piercing since Pagoda did it wrong 2x

Got 4 piercings in my ear cartilage.She was quick and very good. Minimal pain...I’m two days out and have no pain, no swelling, it’s tender, which is expected..I would recommend Bridget to every time !I love to support small business !!

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Bridget! My mom, cousin and I came in (she accommodated scheduling us very quickly and easily) and consulted with her about which ear piercings we wanted. She took her time and listened to each person carefully, addressing all questions and concerns. Everything in her work space was clean and sanitized and she was extremely professional. We were all very happy with our piercings and would absolutely love to return to her and refer others. Don’t think we would go anywhere else! Also, I was very nervous and she definitely put me at ease. She went above and behind at every opportunity and we are just so overwhelmingly happy with our experiences!

Always accommodating and Pleasant!

Bridget is very sweet and did a great job with the piercing that was asked for. However, she is operating out of her house, literally in her foyer two feet from the front door in the main hallway. It is a very cramped space, and even with the door open the house reeked of cat urine, perhaps an uncleaned litter box or several! There were screens blocking the rooms of her family room and other rooms around the piercing hallway. She did have an autoclave and the needles were sterile, she wore gloves and cleaned the tray where instruments were placed between clients. She needs to move her piercing space to another part of her house, it is too cramped. I cannot imagine getting a genital piercing here, you would be facing her front door in the middle of her foyer! She is within the law though, there are zero inspections for piercers in Pennsylvania.
