Dropped my car last minute after hours and received a response before 8am the following morning. Was done by noon and did a full car check for no charge and found my oil was due as well. For what I thought would be a major repair they helped ease and fix in half a day.

Update: had to remove a star because I asked them to replace my 2 worst tires, had 2 almost bald and one still good. They removed the good one and left me with an all but bald tire. Definitely a little disappointing. Very kind, friends and helpful employees. Blew out a tire and called 20mins before closing on a Sunday! Told me to come on over and they would take care of me and they did. Definitely one of the better tire places in the area and would highly recommend and use again myself.

Called the store to ask very clear questions about getting an oil change and honoring a competitors coupon from CJs Tire for $20 off any service at regular price. Manager Pete said he will honor the coupon and take a look at it when I come in. He said he will honor the coupon off the regular price (when I got to the store). On the phone I asked him for the regular price of a conventional oil change. He said 24.99. He said that he never claimed it was 24.99. He had a voice recording of the phone call, so I asked him to play it. In the recording he CLEARLY said the regular price was 24.99. If management is reviewing this issue, as him to PLAY THE RECORDING. The coupon was $20 off regular price, he stated the regular price was 24.99, so he should have honored it that way. But, then he changed his response to there is no way I am giving an oil change for $8 and change. He refused to honor his statement. This shows a lack of honesty and integrity! Bad bad customer service!

Great service and price! Our car had a nail in one of the tires. Took the car to Tires Plus on a Saturday at 10:30am with no appointment. They took it right away and had it done in 30 minutes. The patch work only cost $22 and will be good until I eventually replace the tires years from now. I use this location to install all of our new tires that I order through Tire Rack. Always great service with very courteous staff.

I took my wifes car here a while ago and they tried to charge me $2300 in parts and labor for passing inspection for her car stating it needed two motor mounts (both cracked), front brakes (rotors, pads and calipers), a tail light bulb and a new tire stating it had no tread on it. I took it to another shop and the only things she needed for inspection was a tail light bulb and sticking slide on one caliper cleaned and lubed. I had them check the other things Tire Plus said she needed done, and they said she did not need any of that. Charged me $180 for everything. Stay away from this place and find an honest mechanic.

They work quick, theyre friendly and they communicate and check in with you on what your car needs before completing any of the work. They make suggestions but dont pressure you to me get things done.

Great customer service! The guy who answer the phone was very pleasant and accomodating. I made the appointment for an oil change at the wrong location but they call the one tires plus I ended up at and made sure I was taken care off. Took me right away and was out in like 20 minutes. Very pleased with the experience.
