Ive been hearing about unfairness and inequality treatment to employees...too.. Im extremely disappointed in certain that not many people may think that in this place in particular I well and a good work environment. Let me give in perspective. Its gonna suck. I have people who are trying to get you fired you just wont care about you at all. Even your manager. Just be cautious ...and want I gotta say its gonna be what I say. Just deal with it. It aint all sunshine and rainbows.

Al saves the day! Ill make a long story short. I paid for some moulding last week at the Kennett Square store but they did not have it in stock. They said it would be picked up at Phoenixville who had the product and be ready for pickup Monday. To avert another long drive for nothing, I called the Phoenixville store on Saturday just before the noon close, and spoke to Al who said the truck never came to get the moulding needed. What could have been a one-star rating for Kennett Square turned into a 5-star experience for Phoenixville. Al pulled the moulding needed and left it for me to pick up Saturday afternoon after closing. Yes, I had to make the trip from West Chester, but I got the needed product in time to finish my project. Als customer service was cheerful, very helpful, and professional.

Our Company has been using Tague for over 20 years. They have almost anything you can think of for construction. They are very knowledgable to guide you in the right direction. Rob Fiss can work miracles if you forgot to order something to get it to you most times the next day if needed. The turn around time for pricing jobs is by far the best of any other company we deal with. They are an absolute please to work with!!!

We had an issue with a grey decking coming in that looked tan but they picked it back up and helped us pick out a new actually grey one that would be in to fit our timeline.

The company is fine but there is a worker there named Rob who is so rude on the phone and hung up on me for asking for some information. I will give more stars if I talk to Rob again and he is more cordial.

Called asking for 24 oak 42” 1.5” x 1.5” staircase balusters. Dismissive of my request, saying projects have 2 to 4 week lead time, didn’t look to see if they had in stock. Could not direct me to another business to try.

Called ahead of time because it was a 40 minute drive, spoke to a guy there named Tyler. Well long story short, i was very polite and he was very bothered and unpleasant to talk to. I asked if they had a few specific products and i was put on hold while he allegedly looked to see if they had it. He had no knowledge of the products I asked about which was no help especially since it is products that they normally sell. He mumbled oh god which i heard clearly and then said yes, yes we have that product and hung up on me. I drove 40 minutes to this location just to find out that they did not have anything even remotely close to what i called about. Waisted almost 2 hours before work because of this trip to Tague in Phoenixville, Thanks Tyler. Good way to start the morning
