We had our flooring,hard wood floors, linoleum in the bath and laundry areas, wall to wall carpeting in loft area and bedrooms,installed in 2004. We spent over $10,000.00 and dealt with PC Curry directly. We are in Florida most of the time,therefore little wear and tear.We have telephoned PC Curry at least 5 times since 3 July 2012 to correct a problem of the carpeting buckling in the loft area. The buckling is so bad that our 5 and 3 year old grandchildren trip and fall when going through the area. PC Curry has not returned the calls. All we want is for someone to come in a stretch the carpet so it is no longer a tripping hazard. When one of the employees answers the phone they tell me that Mr. Curry wants us to call the builder,Faye Construction, and have them call Curry. I explained that we never dealt with Faye and dealt directly with Curry and paid Curry.......not through Faye.Any suggestions????Anthony Barbone
