I bought the most BEAUTIFUL set from them and its honestly the BEST store i have ever bought from with literally the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE (they use whatsapp to chat with you personally and make sure that everything in your order is going smoothly)!!!!!!!!!! 💗💗although it may be a bit pricy, the QUALITY IS AMAZING and loulou has quickly became my new FAVORITE brand for anything dressy!!!!!!!💗💗

All the negative reviews are true. Ordered dress, it was not done on time(ordered in October, now is January), cannot receive my money back for almost a month already.I received my money back in March through chargeback of MasterCard. So if they dont return you the money, make sure to apply for chargeback within something like 100 days after the purchase. In my case, they were telling some nonsense for 3 months( that money is on the way, etc etc just have to wait until next Monday, next week and so on). I guess they do it on purpose so that you wait and after the deadline for chargeback passes, you cannot really do anything.

DO NOT buy from them. Horrible customers service. They steal money paid them online. I was going to order online couple of dresses from this brand. THANKS GOD I have decided to make trial order for smaller amount to check customers service before purchasing big order.18th of August I have bought item online. 26th of August there was still no updates about my order and I have contacted brand by email as well as on their Instagram profile. I have got a reply in Instagram that tracking nr will be provided in two days.It is 14th of September today. No updates and they ignore my messages. Sadly I have not checked reviews before purchasing. DO NOT buy from this company.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A BRAND WHO CLAIMS TO BE INTERNATIONAL. I strongly suggest you AVOID getting involved with them, because you will NOT be treated respectfully as a customer. Learn proper customer management and marketing before making any more clothes please. // I called them twice to inform them that Im interested in buying one of their samples (that I saw on instagram). They never picked up the phone. I then decided to send them a whatsapp. They told me the item is still available and sent me all the information in order to proceed to the payment. I told them I prefered paying in lei rather than euros and they left me hanging with no reply other than ill come back to you with another account ; & immediately. The next day I asked about that account just to be told we have to verify the outfit is still available in the showroom. This is all after I confirmed buying the outfit, after they confirmed to me its available, and after being ready to proceed to pay. When I confronted them about it (all on whatsapp because they never suggested to call me), they gave me the lamest excuse : we cant hold any items. Not to mention their outfits are pricey, especially for a Romanian salary and I doubt someone would be interested in the exact same one (size XS) in just a few hours. I was left on seen. With no further message.. felt like an excuse to get rid of me as a client. Felt treated like nothing more than trash. They wasted my time so dont let them waste yours.As we say in Romanian: O adevarata bataie de joc.

Am avut parte de cea mai frumoasă experiență 🤍Mi-am dorit o rochie cu sacou pentru cununia civilă și rezultatul a fost impecabil. Materialul, aplicațiile, modul în care au fost croite si cusute au făcut ca și rochia si sacoul sa stea perfect pe mine.Mai mult de atât, pot să zic ca nu am ales eu rochia de mireasa, ci ea m-a ales pe mine. Era acolo, în fata mea, pe umeraș si ma vrajea. Când am pus-o pe mine, pur și simplu mi-au dat lacrimile, eram cu adevărat o mireasă fericită! Vă mulțumesc pentru profesionalism și atentie!

A tailoring workshop that wants to be a fashion house. An experience lacking common sense, respect for clients and last but not least disrespect for their work. A charlatanry taken to the rank of art. I was left without outfits the day before the event and without the money paid a year before, one of the dresses being paid in full. They did not manage to reproduce their own model as much as about the customized model, nor does it fit in the discussion, to succeed it 1%. I hope that after this review there will be no more similar situations and people will know the reality behind a beautifully packaged nothing.

Our dresses were wonderful. The attentive girls in the workshop, the perfect communication, the models were ready on time and they came out the way I wanted.I leave the photo below

A brand and a fashion house without a term of comparison !! Everything is superlative !!Superb and precious materials, impeccable cut. I want to mention that after more than 12 hours in which I wore a LouLou creation, the dress was absolutely intact and impeccable, not even a crease or a stripe, as if then I had taken it off the hanger for the first time. The materials are impeccable and very high quality, pleasant to the touch, and accessorized with embroidery and super fine accessories.The team is great, offers you advice and assistance on the design side, and was always available for any change or modification that I wanted on the dress.Roxana is an expensive one, she has always been at my disposal for anything, both by phone and face to face. He always made sure that the dress is exactly as I asked for it to my liking.I highly recommend LOU LOU The Brand! Im already looking forward to coming back for the next dress !!

I bought the wedding dress and a dress jacket to change at the party. Absolutely sensational both creations, materials of the best quality and impeccable cuts.The wedding dress was not wrinkled even after 12 hours of wearing, it looks like new.Roxana was very kind and receptive to all my requests, and Mrs. Vio (tailor) changed both outfits until they were perfect!I received advice throughout the rehearsals, both from the two ladies mentioned above, and from the designers who assist in establishing the models.From my point of view, this brand is impeccable from all points of view: materials, cuts, design, communication and professionalism!5 Stars LOULOU! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this fashion house in any form !!!!!! I give 1 star to be able to leave a comment. Im sorry I didnt read the reviews about them earlier (probably the positive ones are left by the employees) ...100 euro fee to try on some dresses, advance for 2 models that were made in mockery, not being able to be worn, and I still havent recovered my money !!! And I see that I am not the only one who suffered this ........Non-existent customer management !!! You cant have such a lack of basic skills when it comes to YOUR CUSTOMERS, especially when you present yourself as an international brand !!!Tip: Focus on other Romanian brands that respect all their customers, not just the cardboard influencers who work with them.

And one star is too much for this fashion house. My experience was terrible, I paid half the sum of the dresses, two dresses, the mother / daughter I was going to wear for my daughters baptism, and finally I left without dresses and no money!I have been to countless samples, all of which are wrong, the gowns did not sign the original, this being their model and not one chosen from the net. They were not able to reproduce what they had done. Two days before baptism I left the dresses at they were not finished anyway and they were impossible to wear. So I was out of money and without dresses, and I needed to find emergency. But I was lucky with the MLH workshop, where the girls were super cute, I also found the dress.This fashion house, not even the neighborhood tailor you can call it!

I am very disappointed with the services offered. After I paid in advance the full price of the dress (which was sent only one day before the event, and after many phone calls), we needed modifications because our requirements were not respected. The girls in the showroom are totally disinterested. When we got to them back with the dress saying that I can do nothing, their only solution is to remake the dress from head to tail, at a cost! It does not seem normal to me to be asked to pay for the mistakes of people who do not give their interest. Whats more: thank you for the lower quality of the products and services and we will definitely not come back.
