I’ve been going to Dr. Baird for close to two years now and I really enjoy going to this location for my eye care needs. They have a great selection of frames and you’re able to schedule an appointment online, so convenient! They let you take your time trying on their glasses and break down the costs for you per your insurance. The staff is friendly and it’s always so bright and clean. Dr. Baird is straight forward and chill, which I appreciate! I honestly tried going somewhere else just to see what they had but ended up going back to Dr. Baird….sorry Dr. Baird!! Lol but seriously, check this place out for your eye care needs!

Doctor and receptionist is very friendly. I’m not the biggest fan of eye doctors and they made my visit great, very comfortable. Will be visiting again. Office is clean and well organized. Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to Baird Optical and we were quite pleased. Br. Baird was entirely professional, explained everything that was happening, and handled our needs quite well.

Baird is awesome. They are polite and they fight for you. I was waiting in the lobby and overheard one of the receptionists talking to eye insurance to make sure someone had no co-pay and the exam was covered. They also value your time and will not keep you all day! Im very glad they are close to my home.

Excellent care during eye exam. Very profession staff. Lots of eye ware selection. However COVID rules makes trying of glasses and final fitting very difficult (not the stores fault).

I paid $500+ for a new pair of glasses, and waited two weeks for them to arrive. It turned out their manufacturer messed up my PD. They sent back for a remake, it took another more than two weeks! Waiting more than a month and spending more than $500, I still can’t get my glasses! And they blamed that on covid! I will never go back!

I recently change optometrist due to feeling my previous Dr was more concerned about upselling more then my well-being. Dr Baird was recommended by a number of associates and I really enjoyed my experience. The office was friendly, Dr Baird was pleasant and explained everything about my exam thoroughly. when it came to my eyewear needs -no pressure, staff answered my questions mater of factly without bias to pricing- I enjoyed my whole experience.

Dr. Baird is the BEST! I recently moved to the area and was in search for a new optometrist for contact lenses and glasses. I’m really glad that I came across Baird Optical. The front desk is very welcoming and the office looks brand new. The doctor saw me immediately after checking in and was professional and friendly. He took the time to learn about my medical history, educate me about contact lens options, and answer all my questions.My previous optometrist was apparently a bit “old school”, so I surprised by the modern diagnostic equipment that Dr. Baird used throughout the eye exam. I had an eye injury in the past and I have a family history of glaucoma, so I need my eye pressure checked routinely. Baird Optical has a machine that delivers a burst of air to determine the exact pressure in the eye; my previous doctor used his thumbs!The office has an extensive selection of both generic and designer frames that seem reasonably priced, and I didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything like I have sometimes felt at optical chain stores. My new contacts arrived in just a few days after my visit.Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Dr. Baird. I am relieved to have found a great new optometrist and I will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful experience at Baird Optical. Dr. Baird was great with my kids. He was so patient and happy to answer all of my son’s questions during his exam. When my son asked if he could get a monocle instead of glasses, we all had a good laugh, but to my son’s delight, when we picked up his glasses, there was a monocle in his case. It was so thoughtful and it made my son so happy. We are new to the area so I’m so glad we found this great eye care provider. We won’t be going anywhere else. Highly recommend!

My husband went to Dr. Baird and we were impressed that he told John about House frames which were much cheaper since he wouldnt be wearing them all of the time. That was very kind of him.

This year was my second visit to see Dr.Baird, Hes very professional. I just dont like after my eye exam its like Im on my own I need to look for glasses with very little help on anything, you pick glasses,and dont even get fitted, to see if they are the right pick, this is normally what Ive experience with other eye optometrist . Here you pick you glasses and wait the call when they are ready, their handed to you, no fitting :(( you pay the bill and bye, bye. .This year my glasses that I picked were like too large for my face, so I went for adjustment from the new person, she adjusted twice and they are still huge and I paid Big bucks.I;m sorry I will never go back very disappointed!!!

I really enjoyed meeting and being treated by Dr. Baird. Hes professional, yet personable which made me feel comfortable talking to him about my visual problems and concerns. In addition, hes an excellent listener.
