First, I contracted for Superior Oil annual service on 09/27/13 SERVICE PLAN/CONTRACT for $349.00, service that consisted primarily of a burner tuneup. When service was first scheduled in October, no one showed up. Then, when it was rescheduled, Superior Oil cancelled. When I tried to reschedule, I was told that they were too busy. When I requested a refund of the charge, I was told that the service would be performed. Its now August, well after the end of the heating season and no service has been offered. And still no refund!I was on automatic delivery-so that I would never run out. I ran out THREE times last season. Their 24 hour hot line was NOT hot. Once a service person arrived 10 hours later with some oil to restart my furnace. Two other times actual deliveries were made after the house had been cold for several hours. And I was charged $40 for one of the service calls.

I will never use there services or ever buy oil from them. As a new home owner I never had oil heat before. I was having problems with my heater. I tried to explain that to them. 3 different people asked me who I buy oil from. I said I just purchased the house and have never purchased oil before. They Didnt want to be bothered with me because I wasnt a customer of theres. Why do you think I called ? People I talked to where not helpful and rude. I will never buy oil from them or have them service my heater.

Since I signed up with them this year I have had nothing but bad experiences. I was told when I signed up as a new customer, I got a service plan free for my first year. Well, within the first couple months I needed a service call. Woke up on New Years day with no heat. I had to have the motor repaired and never received a bill. I assumed since I was on a service plan, it would be free. Fast forward to mid January, I ran out of oil. They came out and filled it then left me a bill. Most oil companies will comp your oil if you are on automatic delivery and run out before they get there. Not them. Now, a couple of days later Donna calls me and tells me I am almost past due on a bill for the motor they replaced. I never received a bill but assured her it would get paid. I owed them almost a 1,000 for the motor and the oil that they dropped the ball on delivering. Well, since then I had two more service calls due to no heat in my upstairs. Turned out when I had no oil, my pipes froze and busted, needing to be fixed. So, they came out to repair that....twice. I guess they didnt get the job done right the first time. Also, while in my crawl space, their tech cut my cable, so I then had no cable in my house for a few days until someone from the cable company came out to figure out why I had no cable. They told me to send the oil company the bill! Now, today, I woke up with no oil again. I have two small kids in the house. Someone came out at 5am and put 5 gallons in, but then I got a call from Donna telling me that they could not come out to fill my oil because my account is past due. I told her I sent payment two days ago and she should get it today and she told me she couldnt send anyone out until the payment was in her hands. I owe 1190 and I do not have that to just pull out of my ass. She was very rude on the phone and I got angry and canceled. I am going back to Duffey. At least when my oil bills go to be too much, they worked with me and never canceled my oil deliveries. I would not advise anyone to go with this company. The couple of months have been miserable for my family and I since signing up with these jerks.

Lies, horrible service, extra charges. Trouble with heating oil. Burner kept shutting off. Sister used too same problem. Lots calls no resolution!!!! Lousy, lousy, lousy!!!!!!

There isnt an option for 0 stars. They are extremely rude, will not follow directions or requests. They deliver what they want, when they want it and you can not dispute that with them.

They get you in with 1 oil price, and then charged me at a higher rate. I had to call each time they came and have the price changed for me. It seems like a gimmick.

Bad experiences all around; with work, services and staff. Oil is too expensive and let me run out.
