The store is very cool and love buying my sealed magic product there, but Ive been in twice recently and have had no one available To help me purchase magic singles. Ive asked at the front desk and been told someone else would have to help me who has access and so I end up standing around for 10 minutes and just leave. I really do like this store, but there are some more attentive stores like Nerd Merch that might be worth the extra drive

Fantastic staff. I dont think I can say that enough. I rent out a table space to work on my sewing since I dont have a lot of room at home and Staff is always patient, kind and considerate of me when I am there. As a woman presenting figure, I feel very safe in this male-dominated space.

Generally a cool place to hangout. I was very excited to come here. Unfortunately, my spouse and I did not feel welcome. The staff didnt seem like they wanted to help us and we got the response of i just work here when asking the front desk about bringing something up to management. Besides that, the mart was good and the guy selling MTG cards was very helpful.

Highly recommend! I came from NY to see the magic from tik tok. And it did not disappoint! Unlimited pump for 5$ and good selection of figures and games! Not only that they stocked up on that good snack goods. Plus the owner and staff were cool and relatable. Will be coming back if i can. (人*´∀｀)｡*ﾟ+

Awesome place for Amine fans!!! ADA access and Compliant from what all I accessed when I had visited. Its a nice spot to hang and chill for hobbies like D&D, various card games such as Magic the gathering, Pokémon and more. They also, provide gamers with a spot to play and broadcast live for content. Other things they have is a movie room and my favorite is some food. They offer Japanese style Ramen bowls and appetizers. One more the is they have an amine reading area for those who just like to read some Mangas and chill. Great service and vibes will visit again soon.

Pretty cool place has food, games you wouldnt find anywhere else, you can rent a multi-media theater watch movies on a huge screen or play PlayStation 5.

The workers were so nice and friendly and the atmosphere was really nice! If you enjoy reading manga this place has a pretty good selection with a nice little reading area. The boba is also very good. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Pretty nice place, I strongly recommend checking your boba order before leaving. Ive been given the wrong drink several times now. Normally its just the wrong type of boba in my drink but its happened enough to be a bit frustrating. Otherwise its a nice place to hangout or grab some groceries/snacks.**Update 20 Oct 2021 - my friend went to pick up a boba order and I forgot to tell her to double check and this time they didnt even put in the boba for two out of the four drinks. So it seems this is a reoccurring problem.

Not sure if my first review is still here but heres my new updated one! This place is made for everyone of gaming/need culture and also just an awesome place to spend a few hours! Friendly staff, delicious food and Boba and also just a very clean and well kept store! Ive been coming here for years and my thoughts on the place have remained consistent over the past 5-6 years.

This will be a VERY long review. Short version is: It was a fantastic place. Plan to visit again.Now for the full review.If you enjoy gaming in any capacity, this is a must-visit location. I found it by accident while visiting family in the area, and could not have been happier with the HOURS I spent there. Staff are VERY knowledgeable and extremely kind. I only regret not being able to see them before the pandemic happened and wiped out most of their services and options. From tabletop to console games, trading cards and even a theatre room (rental options are available) I was hard pressed to be bored. The Japanese-Korean mini-mart inside was a delight to see and purchase snacks from, spanning candies, regional snacks, beverages and collectibles. On the subject of food, they offer a kitchen service. I had an original shoyu ramen bowl with an extra slice of chashu and spicy garlic added. The only other place I have been to with ramen so good I drank the broth was in Okinawa. I was certain the same cooks were inside of that kitchen. I rekindled my love for Magic The Gathering (bought a pack for the new set) and enjoyed a Super Smash Ultimate championship while eating my ramen with a shop recipients boba tea. That is a 7 hour drive I plan to make a minimum of once a month. Thank you all for such an amazing time there, and I look forward to many more.

Great place, amazing to just go hang out, relax and enjoy some tea and ramen. Plenty of things to do inside, from board games to tabletop games. Amazing place to play MTG or other card games, or just pay videogames. They also have a really nice theater room.

It was a pretty nice place didnt have a lot of time to spend there. The Ramen and boba were pretty good. They had a decent selection of eastern culture items. Including foods, manga, and figurines. They also have a decent collections of what I like to call nerd, edgelord, or collection. based items.They do have a very nice looking area for you to play table top games, and an area that has computers you can use for a honestly priced fee.

Really cool place to game, read Manga, watch anime and meet with groups. Theres a chill area in front with multiple TV and a gaming area in the back with desks for streaming and tables for playing magic, d&d, etc. Plus they have tons of snacks and boba!

Both my daughter and I really enjoy heading over here at least once a month to grab some Boba, check out some figures, and grab some delicious treats! Highly recommended, great atmosphere, very friendly staff, and plenty to check out at all times.

On top of consoles and PCs to rent out with your friends, a casual friendly magic the gathering/tabletop gaming community, a fully stocked hobby section and minimart with all the staple weeb foods; theres a kitchen pumping out bubble tea all night.During my first visit, late into a Saturday, the owner introduced himself and gave me a run down of everything they offer. This is a phenomenal spot with super patient staff.

Not impressed compared to the other stores around here. They have a nice little grocery, but 90% of the items do not have prices. The model items that they have are mainly already painted and extremely overpriced.

It’s a lovely store. Foods good. Pretty much any choice you want when it comes to table top or video games. But the personality of the owner is what gets me. He always makes you feel welcomed and like you’re a longtime friend. The rest of his staff is also very polite and knowledgeable on anything in the store. If you are looking for a new chill spot with your friends this is the place.

Slightly disappointed. Figurines and collectibles stock felt extremely low. Unfortunately due to COVID seems like majority of the fun gaming operations are limited :( looking forward to coming again after the pandemic but as of now was a pretty forgettable experience. Staff was super friendly!

From card games to video games, food and drinks this place is truly enjoyable for all ages. It has a friendly staff as well as a friendly atmosphere and I would rate it 5 stars every time!

Ive had almost nothing but great experience here, theyve got space to come and spend time with friends, play whatever card game you want at the available tables, from Magic The Gathering to Yu gi Oh to Pokemon to Digimon. Fully equipped gaming PCs for use, and even a Warhammer 40k table. They have a small market for snacks and food to buy for your stay or to just grab on the way out, as well as a small kitchen for hot foods.Theres a great loyalty system for you to spend points and cover the small fee to use the table space and gaming computers, and theres even a small theater available, but I have yet to use that service.The store cares a lot more about Magic The Gathering than other stores, which isnt too much of a complaint from me as that is the only card game Im invested in. My only complaint comes from the Magic The Gathering Singles case, where it is rather difficult to come in and browse the less expensive cards as they cannot access the boxes of bulk without assistance from a handful of people who (in my experience) are rarely there. The workaround for this is contacting the owner of the Singles Case on Facebook, where you can put together a list of cards for pickup the next time you come in. Its just a sidestep out of the way.Other than that, Ive had no problem with the service here and all the prices are fair and the patronage expenses are very cheap, covering yourself and one friend for (i believe) $5, which is only necessary to sit and play.

I just went there today and let me tell you, the owner is awesome. He turned on the theater for us and demonstrated it... it was amazing! He talked about what he envisioned for his store and everything! This place has something for everyone, definitely worth checking out!

They have anime figures and pokemon cards and Magic cards as well. They have a ton of really cool Japanese snacks too. Me and my son lost pokemon cards we bought 5 secs after buying and the staff was so nice. They helped us find them.

Fun game shop with great food, drink, and game options!

Went there with 2 friends and the staff was so welcoming and nice! We had so much fun we played games, ate, chatted, and just overall had a chill day. The food and drinks were great! We got to eat outside in these cute little tables that were social distanced and just enjoyed the sun before we continued to game. I cant wait to go back again with more friends the one hour drive was so very worth it.

I went here with some friends a couple weeks ago and we had SUCH an amazing time! I wish I can give this place more than 5 stars!We love how seriously Gamers Heaven has taken with their safety precautions!I plan on going back and I 100% recommend checking this place out! Its seriously so amazing!

Wonderful place and amazing staff! For the price point, it really is a wonderful experience. The staff are also very kind, thoughtful, accepting, and funny. The board game and tabletop store has a wide variety of stuff, as does the food section. Its a place unlike anywhere else, highly recommend!

Found Gamers Heaven through TikTok and this place exceeded expectations! Upon arrival we met the owner and he gave us a tour. He was very nice and you can tell he is passionate about his business! The store also took all appropriate COVID measures - face masks required, temperature checks for the social areas, plenty of sanitizer available, etc. There were areas to play tabletop games, a private DnD room, video gaming areas, an in-development cosplay workspace, a private movie room, cafe, and market. You could hang out here all day! In fact, we were just coming to check it out but ended up watching a movie in the movie room and ordering ramen and boba tea to have while we watched the movie! The ramen was delicious - the pork was insanely good. I can see the owner is not just building a business but a community! We will definitely be back. The only thing I did expect was that they would sell video games, but from what I could see they do not. They do have some other merch/board and card games/DnD and Warhammer items for purchase.

Nice place inside, seems well spaced out. Nice selection of food items. Only downside is we tried to do some gaming on the PCs and not much was already installed on the PCs. Everything we tried to launch required and update or something to download, or to install the game. Would have been okay if their internet wasnt ridiculously slow. The average download speeds was like 9 or 10 MBs on a Saturday morning when there was practically no one there. It would jump to 20 for 2 seconds and back to single digits. Maybe they need to upgrade their internet. Well try again sometime, but my son and I were a little disappointed that we sat around waiting for things to download and ended up giving up.

I love this place! Their in-store food options are to die for - especially their boba tea. They carry a wide range of table top gaming products, anime figurines, and TCG cards. Their selection of Japanese food products is expansive, with many things you can’t find anywhere else.Finally, and most importantly, they have some of the best staff of any game shop I’ve ever frequented. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure that aisles and gaming tables are accessible to my wheelchair, and they are always friendly and professional.They’re a great shop, and we’re lucky to have such a place in our community. Perfect five stars.

I cant presently speak to their actual gaming services as I am unable to currently partake due to smol child responsibilities, but I can absolutely speak to the awesome range of Asian groceries there now and the selection of models and gaming memorabilia. Further, Ive had interaction with the employees and owner in and out of the actual store front. Theyre all incredibly welcoming and professional. Ill continue to patron then for toys and groceries for now, and hopefully gaming needs in the future once Im able to.

SUUUUPER cool place. As of right now, they are unable to serve ramen, but are working on hiring people so they can resume offering it. Their boba is great as well. They sell figures, board games, D&D stuff, MTG stuff, small section of Warhammer 40k things, and even have a mini jmart type thing there. They have a small theater (to watch things or play games on) you can rent for about $50ish for 3 hours that holds 6 people. They have areas for tabletop, and even computers for gaming. Due to covid, they are not allowing people to use their free board games to play (they will resume post covid). If you buy a game or bring your own there you can rent space to play. You can buy a $10 day pass to use the space per person, or use loyalty points. Theyre in the middle of a transition since their popularity got such a large boost, and are in the middle of working out rules and pricing. Very cool, welcoming, and helpful staff. They even encourage cosplay. Look forward to coming back!!

Right now it is in its trying stage of getting around of the quarantine shutdown. but when it is in full movement the place is like heaven(hense the name), with cards galore(magic/d&d/and board games) and consoles to test. Also a Movie theater and much Asian food to try.(mabye even a dance floor arcade machine?).

Live in California and havent travelled outside it, but still a remarkable place. When I entered it I was thrilled! Very atmospheric because I was very much there!6/5

And more tournaments for Pc players and old OG consuls and for the new games for Xbox X and PS5 and more

When i went their everyone was nice and they showed me around and everything looked awesome and i cant wait till its back up after corona. im very sorry becuase when we were leaving i axidentaly said waste our time here* that was an utter mistake of mine and i fealt really bad. the place it great everyones nice the snacks you can buy and are cool and yummy go to it you wont regret it.

Absolutely remarkable place with amazing food and an incredibly nice owner. Everything is amazing quality and its completely worth the visit, even if its a long trip to visit.

Theres a lot of stereotypes in the gaming community, and I was a little nervous coming here at first as a female, but its such a calm/welcoming environment. Theres a really extensive Japanese/Asian mini mart with a variety of noodles, sauces, snacks, mochi, and more. Theres a dining area where you can order fresh bubble tea, ramen, and various other food/snacks (comparable to food selection at a bowling alley/skating rink) and a small dining area with covid guidelines being followed to a tee. They have a private theater with all of the streaming services hooked up. And they additionally have the area where you can play games (video games and board games). They also have a section where you can purchase various games/action figures.The employees are very warm and inviting.Even though, with covid, the gaming section is closed you can easily spend a couple of hours here. The overall ambiance is relaxed and friendly. The owner was very helpful and even gave us a free snack with our purchase.I overall enjoyed my experience and I can only imagine that when covid is over this would be an excellent place to spend a full day, have a birthday party, or have a date night!

This place is great have a lot of good Japanese items straight from Japan not knock-offs they had beef flavor sauces Japanese ramen noodles all kinds of flavors we had takiyaki they had also some Japanese flag tender chicken meat my family and I rented out the theater room was very big and huge and as well had a lot of good anime statues got two for my kids had a lot of Japanese food definitely a good place to get some real good bubble tea as well

The staff are amazing, they got a great selection of products, the original miso ramen is delicious, but most importantly they do not allow customers to enter without a mask! It is the safest I have felt in a business since the start of the pandemic, and I commend the staff for sticking to the policies! I highly recommend poking your head in and seeing what they have on offer.

As a small business owner operating during COVID, Ive gotten negative reviews from self centered people that get upset when we tell them to follow the COVID guidelines set in place by our local government and business.Im giving this establishment 5 stars for enforcing guidelines that protect their customers and staff even if it ends up hurting them with negative reviews. Its rough having to constantly confront and remind customers who almost seem to go out of their way to disobey restrictions.This place seems great and if you plan on visiting, please check their guidelines to ensure a pleasant visit without any surprises or minor annoyances.

An amazing experience Im glad I came here

I bought food there to eat while I was enjoying a game with my friends, an employee saw me eating and started to make a scene about me having my mask down in the building. I said to the employee “How am I supposed to eat with my mask up”, he responded by getting increasingly angry and would tell me I can’t have my mask down. After diffusing the situation he and another employee hovered around my table, each time I’d lower my mask to eat a chip they would yell telling me to put my mask up. They singled me out and embarrassed me, it was like nobody there was human and only gave pre prepared responses like some kind of anti-customer robot. Don’t expect any hospitality if you plan on using an actual service in the building.

I moved back home from Philly during covid and never thought Id have boba tea so close to my parents house, especially not a cool place to hang with friends, yet I walked into Gamers Heaven and cried tears of joy as I tasted the great boba tea and took in the unique atmosphere! The owners passion for his business makes it all the better, i could taste the love in my tea! 😭

I have been to a bunch of game stores throughout Pennsylvania and this one is one of the best. There is a ton of space for tournament play, plenty of parking, and fantastic food. It is about an hour drive for me to get there, but I do my best to go for all of their X-wing Tournaments. Love it.

Lets be real here: You look at all aspects of modern day business including hospitality, customer service, an accepting atmosphere, the quality of food, quality of product, safety, etc. This business has exceeded ALL expectations. The staff is friendly, helpful, and incredibly hard working. They always take the extra steps to make you feel welcome in their store and will treat you as if you were their own family. They do their best at all times to provide the best possible service and it shows. They have also handled everything safely during the pandemic. The fact that they have adapted their store to allow both indoor and outdoor dining in designated areas have helped customers feel safe and secure. Plus, their Ramen tastes amazing (I highly reccomend getting dumplings in the ramen). Between the gaming space and eating areas, you can tell before use that each table and chair is wiped with disinfectant and the staff encourages patron safety while interacting with store surfaces and other patrons. But lets also be honest in the fact that this space can help service gamers of almost any capacity. It is really cool to see the gaming community come together in 1 spot. Just to name a few (MTG, Pokemon, warhammer, D+D, computer gaming, and Console systems). We even get to see families come out for a family fun day or host a party there which is really impressive and family friendly. Finally, the GH mart: Wow. Who has ever heard of a mini-market inside of a gaming store? Well, this was a first for me when it was introduced to the community, but it is a great asset. The product line contains snacks and also certain delicacies (such as ramen, pocky, veggie rolls, frozen treats/desserts, or anything really you need to help make your homemade Japsnese meal perfect.So with this review, it is only right to say thank you to this business staff.
