Very helpful and patient when showing me how to work the app fully. Plus came to check on me throughout my service, which I appreciate.
Im giving this store 2 stars because I, found what I was looking for. No the comma is not misplaced. I had to find it because the 2 people working had no interest in helping. One was in the back with stock and the other was sitting on a bucket in the back room. When I was ready I had to tell her so she could ring me out. I was looking for something specific and she pointed me in a direction, when I couldnt find it, I had to ask if she would come help. It has been this way several times over the past 6 months. I used to love this store....now Id rather by online or try the new beauty supply place. Dissapointed to say the least.
I cant say this is typical for this store because I do not go more than 2 or 3 times a year. The staff is never friendly at best they seem to tolerate your need to check-out. Ive never been asked if I need assistance, when in fact I did have questions. After locating the items I needed both were in packaging that was open and one item had no way to scan or ID. No effort was made to find more. I offered to pay the next highest price for a larger pkg, this is not allowed. Just overall not a pace I go back to unless they alone specifically carry it.
Who is in Charge of hiring here?? Last three times I went I knew it would be uncomfortable. One visit the employees were sitting on the floor behind the register listening to music extremely loud. Second time I bought an arm full of products and, yes, was told if I wanted a bag it was extra. 😒Then today I went in about 12 door locked. The employee had to come unlock it. I try my best to avoid this place at all cost. Either the manager is really lax on their employees or the employees just dont care. Probably both

The lady at the counter made us put masks on even tho she was wearing hers around her chin, then after spending money we were told we would have to pay extra for a bag. Hell to the naw.
Very helpful employees...The store is always clean and well stocked with a huge selection of products like hair colors... Extensions... Combs and Brushes... Shampoo... Conditioners and all other sorts of hair product... They have hair dryers... Curling and flat irons... Manicure products... Lots of Nail polish and cosmetics... Even jewelry... Its fun and something is always on sale...
Dont know who the new employee is but she is running off long time customers.. she sat on speaker phone with a friend my entire visit. Also told me I was kicked out of the system upon checking out?!?What ever that might mean. I have been a long time customer with a liscensed cosmetologist discount card but now if I dont bring in my liscence, I wont receive my benefits.Ill may just be taking my business Else where because I dont have time for the attiude or the threats.Sounds like to me someone some where made some mistakes and Sallys should be apologizing instead of threatening.You catch more flies when honey then with salt, sweetie!
I purchased 155.00 in the Picayune, Ms. Store. At the end of the of transaction. just before walking out I realized that I didnt get my receipt. I asked the cashier for it she said the printer wasnt working, I questioned what happens if I need to return something. I was told by Maroon hair woman that she would print one out for me when the printer gets fixed that afternoon. I left my number for her. Mean while I did use my cc. Well, I returned 2xs for my receipt. She acted like she didnt know what i was talking about. Meanwhile I need to return something. I tried to use my cc statement showing everything that was purchased. I could not use it. Dont get a receipt make them delete the sale. They are very RUDE!!ILL GO TO HATTIESBURG BEFORE I HO BACK THERE
They treat customers very good and very polite wouldnt go anywhere else
Horrible experience...I worked for them for less than 24 hours over 2 months ago and I still havent got paid. I called the store manager so I could come pick up my check and she lied and said that it never came .But when I called payroll theytold me they sent it to the store with the rest of the paychecks .The store manager sent it back and gave them the wrong address to have it sent to me .When I called to get it straightened out...she hangs up on me. I cant get payroll to even return my call so I can give them my address .

Workers give customers bad advice. They arent stylists, and shouldnt be able to give people hair care advice.
