Had hard to find Yeti products. Staff was friendly and helpful. Store was clean and orderly. Very highly recommend

I definitely trade with this place. Its closer to home and personal service. Can answer your every question about anything in their store and give you educated answers about their products. They are a small hometown store with great customer service and reasonable prices if you dont want to drive across town into a cluster of traffic! I will always trade here.

I will admit that they have a satisfactory selection of goods at this this store. However, I asked about when they might receive a particular item, that they were out of, and the woman responsible for ordering goods didnt seem interested at all in answering nor did she offer to order it for me to purchase. I was willing to wait to spend my money in a local owned shop but customer service seemed to be last thing on her mind. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.....

Im not a fan of this store. They do have lots of stuff to work with but I often feel like Id rather go to Home Depot. There I know what things cost and I pay the same as everyone else.

I placed a order on April 14, 2020 for lumber.cost was 728. 22. Which 26.00 was the delivery fee.After I separated the lumber one third of it was bad busted up turning gray which means it old stock and weather beaten.All this lumber was treated..With a1/3 of it bad thats about a little over 223.00 dollars. I called them right away said they would pick it up but would charge me another 26.00 to pickup the bad lumber.So I told them if thats the case they can come pick it all back up..And they still charged the 26.00..

If I could leave zero stars I would. Use to love this store and the inside departments customer service and selection, but all it took was one horrific equipment rental experience to change that! Worst customer service my husband and I have ever experienced from a hardware store as far as the outside staff is concerned!! We made equipment rentals; when you pull around back as instructed there’s six guys standing around that have no clue what to do, they have to call this person then this person to even get any assistance in that area, no one informed us of the return process then wanted to be rude when we came to make our return, even when we clearly explained no one properly informed us of anything prior to our return regarding the process. Extremely unorganized as far as the outside staff is concerned, uninformative as far as the outside staff is concerned, rude as far as the outside staff is concerned; which is such a shame, because like I said we once loved this store and our indoor experience.

Truly a Hometown hardware store, Home needs store, and construction materialsSupport store .plenty of friendly help, and knowledge they have the things you need and help finding them. They also carry a lot of hard to find items that you are reluctant to even find anywhere else. I say keep up the great work and people will come to you.

I called to verify that they had top soil. I was told they had loose top soil for $6.95 a scoop. They will load in the truck for me. I drove from Poplarville to get some. When i arrived I spoke to Ashley at the sales desk. Ashley informed me I was told wrong. That they cannot load into a pick-up. I then asked if she had top soil in bags. I was told that would cost more. Shen then moved on to another customer as though I wasnt there. I asked her twice if she had the bags of top soil. She would not answer me. I left and drove to Home Depot and picked up 40 bags of top soil. I am finished shopping there.

This is a nice hardware store. However, I am reviewing my experience with them as a U-Haul dealer. Do not use this location! I set up a 24-hour rental from Picayune to Waveland at Phillips Building Supply. The guy there asked me where I wanted to drop it off, and I told him Waveland Furniture. He advised me it was a $75 base rate, plus mileage once I turn it in to them. I agreed, and estimated 60 miles usage. I turned the truck in at Waveland Furniture after hours per the instructions on their key box. The next day, I got a call from them advising me that Phillips Building Supply set the rental up wrong. They set it up as in-town rental, with a $30 base rate plus mileage. That sounds good, since it is a lower rate - until you realize that U-Haul charged me an extra $120 for dropping it off at the wrong location! Stay away from the U-Haul services at Phillips Building Supply. Their lack of skill can and will result in money coming from your pocket.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. I enjoy shopping there.
